A beautiful house very clean. Close to all amenities , shops a 5-minute walk away, the beach is a 10-minute walk away. From bus stops everywhere that allow us to go very quickly to kemer or antalya and which are very inexpensive. The nearby restaurants are also great and inexpensive. The air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms are very useful! The pool was very clean and the garden was very well kept. We had to ask for a coffee machine and they bought us a brand new one! That was really nice. Thanks to Irina , Mustapha and Julia! They were great. Message exchanges were very quick to answer my questions in a few minutes. It was just missing a microwave and also the door to the small room that was having trouble closing. But apart from that, no worries. I recommend this villa 100% if you want to have a good relaxing vacation in peace.

The most amazing thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony. You can sit and gaze out at the mountains for hours. And the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a touch of luxury about it. Very big comfortable beds and good linen. The sitting area is a tiny bit less comfortable but I think it’s mostly designed for outdoor life! Kitchen is fine. The location is interesting once you take a bit of time getting to know it. We went on a nice walk from nearby the apartment but there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity which seems to consist of quite a few holiday homes. Mostly pretty quiet and you feel secluded and private. You can drive back towards Kas for beaches and ancient sites. Or very easy drive to Antalya for the old city and the beach. And there are amazing restaurants with stunning views all over the area. We had a lovely holiday.

Staying at the villa was a huge success for us. The host gave us great tips and made sure we didn't miss anything. The house has met exactly our taste with a comfortable and modern decor. We particularly liked the pool, which gave us the most fun in the far too short time. The location was also ideal for a day trip. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is the place. We had a wonderful time and can only recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Fatih's apartment in early October 2024. The place was so cozy and welcoming, with super comfortable beds and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Our six-year old son especially loved it. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the sea, with plenty of shops and cafes around. We even found a few coffee spots with nice specialty coffee nearby. Fatih was always friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Furkan’s home is spacious ,convenient for family who are looking to live as home family style , Beaches with nice cliffs and sea pool within few minutes walking ,public transport available nearby ,lots of restaurants around and another plus it’s nearby Lara Saturday Bazar for people who like shopping

Very good location, proximity to the tram allows you to quickly get to the city center, promenade or other attractions (parks, zoo, old town and so on). The rooms are small, but sufficient for temporary accommodation. There's furniture too. A comfortable sofa, a large comfortable bed with a good mattress. The host provided us with a high chair, which helped us a lot with feeding the baby. A baby crib was also provided. The accommodation is located near the road, and at first the street noise was stressful, but it quickly passed. There are several playgrounds a few hundred meters away, and larger parks are a 15-20 minute walk away. You can also walk to the local markets in 15-20 minutes. There are a lot of shops, cafes, pastry shops, pharmacies, bakeries, hairdressers, other public places and large supermarkets nearby. A little discomfort was caused by the lack of hot water in the kitchen (in winter). The WiFi was not very good in the far room.

Emrah was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a car and he provided easy to follow instructions on where to find parking close by, which can be very difficult to find in the old town area. The apartment was in an excellent location for us as it was extremely close to the old town sites. The apartment had a balcony with a nice view which we used for breakfast each morning. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Everything was great, great access, good facilities.

First of all, since I was the first customer, I encountered very valuable materials in the kitchen. The house is quite cold, probably because of the floor, so it's the perfect home choice for the summer season. There is a hot water problem, but there is a negligible boiler. The house was a quality house according to Turkey, thank you for everything. It has been added to my preferred locations again. Finally, there was a huge black dog that I saw when I entered the house, so I left a little bitter because I couldn't love him. :)

Large, well-equipped house perfect for a family. There are chickens and other birds outside (in cages) that the kids liked. Mr. Ibrahim comes every day to take care of the animals and is available if there is a problem. He is very kind and welcoming, and even brought us fresh eggs several times. You have to have a car since the house is a little secluded from the city in a corner where there are lots of trees and a small creek. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!

If you are looking to stay in the heart of old town around all the bars and restaurants, then this is the place. This suite is amazing and Nurdan is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive and available at all times Next time I am visiting Antalya, this is where I am staying

Beautiful villa with a very large pool! Everything was thought out to make us feel at home. The amenities were complete. Mr. Coskun is very responsive, we'll be back. We would highly recommend it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Mehmets place. We got a taxi from dalaman to the air b and b and we didn’t arrive until 1am. Mehmets brother spoke on the phone to our taxi driver for directions and met us at the villa which was amazing at that time of night, he even offered to go get us food and water. There is lots of takeaway options open til 2am if you are a late arrival. Taxi into kalkan is about 5 min drive, 200 lira. Beautiful beach clubs and beaches around and lots of excursions to book in the town. We recommend kalkan beach park and Mahal beach club. My partner wanted to watch the football at the villa and Mehmet came round and sorted this for us, he was very helpful and so lovely, as was his brother. The villa is beautiful and so spacious. There is a few super markets close by including a large migros market. Washing machine was helpful and fridge is big. Please note this villa is not near Antalya you will enjoy kalkan instead.
