Beachfront holiday rentals in Aksu

We enjoyed a stay very much! The villa is super cozy and spacious enough for 6 adults. We were 5 adults and 1 kid. Bathroom on every floor comes very handy. Furniture and appliances are old a bit but of a good quality. Sound proofing is also very good - you won’t hear the 1st floor at all if you close the door on the second. There’s a very spacious and clean pool and a table tennis so bring your rackets and enjoy ☺️ 8 minutes to the beach, supermarket is in 5 minutes by foot. Very friendly host who can also help you with transfer, car rental and etc. Amazing experience!

Sunside Bungalow müthiş bir mekan. Özellikle de otel odalarında vakit geçirmek yerine kendine has temiz ve düzgün bir konaklama isteyenler için ideal. Balayı için tercih etmiştik. Birhan Bey erken giriş imkanı da sundu. İçeri girdiğimizde klimayı çoktan açmıştı ve ev tertemizdi. Kokan, kötü görünen veya sıkıntılı olan bir yeri yoktu. İçeride tam olarak soğutan bir klima, düzgün ve kullanışlı boyutta buzdolabı vardı. Ayrıca yatak olabilen bir L koltuk vardı, rahattı. Tek göz bir ocak da olduğu için dışarıdan yemek zorunda kalmadık. Mutfak yeterli büyüklükteydi ve rahatça yemek hazırladık. Televizyon hem uyduya hem Netflix'e bağlıydı. Yatak odası yeterli büyüklükteydi ve olası bir sıcaklık artışına özel olarak da çözüm sunulmuştu. Ek bir soğutucu da vardı. Komodin, vestiyer de mevcuttu. Banyo da duş da çok güzeldi. Kokmuyordu ve ek olarak şofben de vardı. Kısacası bir tatil için ne gerekiyorsa vardı. Mahremiyet korkusu olan bizler için simsiyah perdeler vardı ve gün ortasında da rahat.

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

Le logement est très bien pour un petit séjour à deux, ou pour un plus long séjour en solo. De nombreux bars et restaurants avec de la musique live à proximité et la plage également.

The apartment feels like home and is in a very beautiful location. Has all the furniture needed for extended stays as well. 10/10!

Great location right next to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. Phenomenal breakfast. Boutique hotel is so nice and a diamond in the rough. Host is very friendly and helpful. Would come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

Отличные апартаменты, все продумано. Прекрасная и большая терраса. Вокруг много магазинов и кафе, до пляжа идти минут 10-15. Круглосуточная ресепшен, всегда можно решить любой вопрос. Очень отзывчивый управляющий. Есть хорошая парковка для машин, всегда находили там место для нашей машины. На территории есть бассейн, где удобно и комфортно поплавать. Единственно терраса находится на четвертом этаже а лифт ходит только до третьего. Приходилось подниматься пешком на один этаж.

This mini hotel was really even beyond our expectations! Great and very polite staff, perfect location (500 meters to the sea) and very spacious and clean apartment 👍👍 if only we’ll go to Antalya again I would definitely stay there 👍

Really enjoyed our stay in Kemer. It was a very safe area, right at the main strip. There were a lot of great restaurants (including Kitchen, which is right beside the hotel). It was a little difficult to park nearby, but we parked out by the tennis courts and walked a short distance. It didn’t impact our stay at all. The hotel was clean and had some surprises like a rain shower head. The bathroom was very clean. They have complimentary coffee and tea. It’s not outstanding but still appreciated. The staff is very kind. Would book there again.

If you are looking to stay in the heart of old town around all the bars and restaurants, then this is the place. This suite is amazing and Nurdan is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive and available at all times Next time I am visiting Antalya, this is where I am staying

Lokasyon da oldukça merkezi ve manzara balkon muhteşem , hem rahatlatıcı hem de ulaşımı kolay bir deneyim oldu. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi — iletişim her zaman hızlı ve yardımcıydı. Nice apartments, around 5 minutes walk from both beaches. It is located on the ground floor and has access to a small inner garden with orange trees, it is in shadow; there is a sort of terrace with a table; we spent pleasant afternoons there as it was not too hot. You should expect local cats to show up shortly after you arrive and check whether you want to feed and pet them :) Also there is a small restaurant street maybe 200 meters from the apartments - restaurants there are better than the average ones you find in Kemer. Note the other (not garden) windows look at the large open paved area which is used for car school, local kids riding bicycles, Thursday market and who knows what else, the good thing is that during the week we stayed there were many activities but nothing annoying or unpleasant.

my stay here was phenomenal. photos do not do justice for the beautiful scenery and views from the unit. i were worried after reading some reviews about lack of hot water and the lock not working but the water was HOT! and i had absolutely no issue getting the key from the lock box or locking and unlocking the unit’s front door nor the door to my room. the unit is in a central location-only a five minute walk to a local grocery, and many, many restaurants. there are restaurants a plenty all over old town. the views were stunning and definitely worth the walk up all six flights of stairs. the host responded very quickly and provided excellent instruction on how to locate the place. the in-unit washing machine was very convenient and the AC worked great. while i kept the drapes open for the entire duration of my stay to soak up the views, you could easily keep out the bright antalya sun by closing them up. 10/10 experience. side note: i appreciated the hair dryer with diffuser attachment
