Our first stay in Boracay became more memorable because of this humble house. The place was so warm & peaceful. We felt well-rested the whole stay. The place was way more beautiful in person—the pictures don't even give justice to its intricate design. The host was always proactive during the stay. We even had cute interactions with their cute furbabies, most especially, Natasha 🐶❤️ Overall, this place was totally worth it for its price! We will definitely be back. The place was a great help for us to reset on our personal lives. Thank you very much & we will definitely see you again soon! 😊👍🏼

Tolle Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Haus war sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der privat Strand vor der Tür ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Resort nebenan, der day pass lohnt sich auf jedenfalls für einen gemütlichen Strand Tag. Marielou die housekeeperin war super nett und herzlich und hat für uns alles was wir wollten organisiert, danke nochmal. Auch der pick up Service den Peter organisiert hat, war wirklich sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Peter & Marielou!

Мы с моими друзьями арендовали эту прекрасную виллу на несколько дней. На вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, удивило наличие различных коктейльных бокалов. Очень удобные кровати. Бассейн с чистой водой без запаха хлорки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь по любым вопросам. Tess и её муж тоже всегда были на связи и очень старались мне помочь с поисками моего улетевшего дрона. До пляжа и до большого супермаркета не больше 10 минут, дом расположен довольно удачно.

The place is located in a quiet private area. Their caretakers, Nanette and her husband has been helpful in telling you good advices on where to eat, where to buy food supplies. Kevin's been really easy to contact and will try to answer any questions you have.

It was so great staying at this gorgeous home! My entire family had a wonderful time. Ruben and his co-cost Rodel and Joy were so kind and so easy to communicate with, not to mention very helpful. They all made sure our stay would be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Thank you so much, we definitely consider coming back.

We had an amazing stay! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean—perfect for big groups, as it can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we appreciated the fresh towels, clean sheets, and comfy beds. One of the highlights was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the beach—such a beautiful and relaxing view! Malou, the host, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. She has wonderful caretakers who keep the house clean and even help with the dishes, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also had Arvin, the cheerful and dependable driver, always ready to take us around with a smile. Everything about our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back again!

Rinaldo and Jean were very responsive hosts. They responded quickly to my inquiries and ate Elena, the staff at the property, was also easy to talk to. They allowed us to check in early and check out a bit late, which is greatly appreciated by our group. They provided 2 free van trips daily, which was great since the property is located a bit far from the main road and restaurants. The property is very spacious, can easily fit 8 people inside the rooms and probably 2 more in the big and comfy sofas. Toiletries, hair dryer, and towels, an iron, ironing board, some hangers, washing machine and detergent, coffee maker, stove, and some condiments were provided at the property. Each room had its own split type aircon and there is also one at the living room. It really helped us since it was very hot outside.

Great location. Friendly staff. The gym was phenomenal. This place can sleep a lot of people. It is a 1 min walk to station 1. It is literally in front of all the activity center in st 1. The gym had all the equipment air conditioned gym. The only knock on the place was the water pressure in the showers. Other than that, it is a perfect place for people with large groups and people who love to exercise.

Had a great stay in this unit located in a quieter part of Boracay—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was very responsive, and having an onsite maintenance team gave me extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

It was an overall amazing experience. Kuya July the caretaker was very helpful from the start. Mark was responsive from day 1. This is a highly recommended place to stay if you are planning to visit Boracay. A very calming yet a superb experience that you shouldn't miss. Not to mention, they almost have everything at the listing and price is affordable too. Worth to stay. Thank you for making our mother and son getaway a memorable one. 😊

The host was very efficient and on top of communication and things. At the same time, there was no bombarding with unnecessary messaging and there was respect for privacy. Check in and checkout were a breeze. I also asked if they could fix for me the delivery of a galon of water on a sunday and it was addressed super smoothly. The place itself had absolutely everything one needs for a comfortable stay, the internet works, the views are wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The only thing was the day of checkout the cleaning lady came super early to start cleaning the balcony while I was still waking up. She should have waited until my checkout. I am sure though this has been corrected and, frankly, it is just telling of how much they care about cleanliness in this place! Overall, I'd totally recommend this accommodation and host.

The place was very nice and clean, the host was very kind and helpful with anything! The place is a bit far from the the main tourist areas however the hop on hop off will drop you right at the door and pick you up and runs frequently so there’s no problem getting around the island we got a 3 day pass for just 450 pesos!

Unforgettable stay, Highly recommended! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances so you don't need to spend money on food and you can pack less clothes. Even the little things like a mat were thoughtfully provided . The unit was exceptionally clean, perfect for family of four max of 5. The unit is a home away from home. The view from our balcony was breathtaking; from it you could see the mountains, the beach, and even Alta Vista De Boracay. Also, our host Ms. Denise is very accommodating and kind. She gave us tips and recommended using the HOHO card which helps you travel around Boracay with ease. Overall, Ocean Garden Villa and Boracay New Coast gives you an incredible experience and enhances your stay on the island, and my family and I would definitely return to if given the opportunity. Thank you, Ms. Denise, for making our trip so special.

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

お安いのにとても綺麗な宿でした！！ そして親切なスタッフさん達でとても安心しました。 ロケーションも自然に囲まれていてとても静かでフィリピンを感じられる場所です。 近くには小さなショップがありますが、お酒が買いたかったので残念そうにしていたら、店員さんが少し距離のあったスーパーに連れて行ってくれました。 みなさん親切であったかいです。 また泊まりに行きたいです。

This place is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet. Nice ambiance, super chill and comfortable, something about this place makes you feel right at home. It was nice to watch the sunrise at what seemed like our own private beach. Pool was great for night swimming. Friendly staff, stable wifi connection, and complete amenities—toiletries, towels, everything we needed to relax, recharge, clean, cook and dine—it made the whole trip so much easier for this single mom. There's also 7/11 and other restaurants nearby, but our favorite was the food stall right at the beach, selling iced coffees, fruit shakes, and "silog" meals. Since there were tables, chairs, and chaise lounges set up, you can enjoy your breakfast with the ocean in front of you. I suggest to take the HOHO (Hop-On-Hop-Off) Bus to get around the island; convenient and cheaper than tricycles. Schedule of bus trips is accessible online, although you wouldn't need to check, since HOHO buses pass by every 30-40min.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Ocean Grand Villa in Boracay Newcoast! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Maria, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She answered all our inquiries promptly and kindly approved our requests. Her hospitality was truly heartwarming and made us feel right at home. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved how peaceful and relaxing the place was. It felt like a true escape. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave when it was time to head back to Manila! *Bonus: There is a Washing Machine that you can use. 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place is aesthetically pleasing and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It's very quiet and comfortable-perfect for relaxing. The host is super accessible and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The kitchen has everything you need, and having a washer and dryer was a big convenience. I also appreciated the free water provided. As a bonus, the place includes a beach tote, an umbrella, and some beach towels, which made beach days extra easy. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
