Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Akçay

We would like to thank Mr. Özhan and his hosts for their interest. We stayed with five people and were satisfied. We had a little trouble with the air conditioner's electrical installation in the double room being incomplete. The house is 8-10 minutes away from Sarımsaklı by car. If you have a car, transportation is generally comfortable. There are very nice venues around as well.

Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is quite stylish, it is a Greek house with a very pleasant accommodation ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this has become my favorite place by far. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

It was simply a flawless stay. If you are going to the Assos, Behram area as a large family or with a group of friends, I highly recommend Mr. Emre's place. Everything is thought out and presented to make it a comfortable stay. Mr. Emre is very helpful with everything.

It was a cute, nice house on 2 floors. A wonderful view on the right side, the Aegean Sea and Lesvos Island 2 steps away. It was a privileged excitement to stay right next to the temple of Athena. The host, Ms. Filiz, was really interested and animal-loving. I was very impressed with the feeding and maintenance of the lives on the street. Paramin was a deserving experience . It felt like my own home, not in the other's house, thank you very much for everything.

I fell in love with Ayvalik, it is not much known to foreign tourists so it was a bonus:). Beautiful architecture in every corner. House was in perfect location minutes from the beach (I swam every day). Ayvalik can get windy and it was our lack that whole week was windly so that put off children swimming in the sea close to house but we drove to sarimsakli beach which sandy and super nice. You can even pay and go to local hotels pools (Elisa was 5min away from the house-and we did swim there). House was also 5min drive away from Cunda island which is rather crowdy but worth the visit especially the museum and the chapel. I can say this was the cleanest air bnb stayed, proper Turkish house cleanness:) Owners are really nice pleasant people (Former teacher). They come every day to water the garden so I am sure if we had any issue they would have helped. We felt really safe in the area, my daughter would walk to beach on her own to collect stones and come home.

You can start your day with a great breakfast in the garden and end the day while enjoying the view on the terrace. A pleasant stay with nature with the sounds of birds. The atmosphere of the house is just great.

mr. Okan greeted us at the entrance on the first day, we were there a little early, because we had children, we checked into the house half an hour and 45 minutes early. Everything in the house was perfect, there was nothing missing, we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, we felt like we were in our own home, everything was clean and comfortable. The tube was over for 2 days and they came to change it 2 minutes after the call, we will have the option to stay when we go again, lotus apart will be our option to stay, thank you for everything😊

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Mirlav, who presented this beautiful house during our Ayvalık holiday, which we went on as five girls, and always responded to our questions very quickly, offered local advice and was friendly. You can find everything you need at home, even the old ones, we had a very pleasant time on the swing on the back balcony, accompanied by long conversations, we loved the kitchen. Its location was also very close to the center, and since the neighborhood was different from the rest of Ayvalık, even though my friends were a little nervous at night, I never felt that way, it was just a little touristy, but the apartment was in a living area. We had a very nice couple of days at Mr. Kemal's house, both the location of the house and the recommendations of Mr. Kemal and we enjoyed Asos. We are also very satisfied with the layout and cleanliness of the house. We are planning to come back soon.

You can just take your personal belongings and go, you are going to a place where you can meet all your needs as if you were in your own home, there was nothing missing, everything was thought out to the finest detail, you don't have to worry about cleaning, everything is sparkling and the host was extremely interested and helpful
