Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Rebecca and Pete are absolute amazing hosts. The house is perfect with everything you need, lots of private outdoor area, huge deck and a hot tub. Very kid friendly with a sandpit, trampoline and toys. We felt like home!

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

The Bond estate is a beautiful property grey for family groups with an excellent playground, great heated pool and spa, and plenty of space for everyone.

Sharon is an incredible host. She made us feel like apart of her family. The home was warm, spacious and equipt with everything we might need as a large family. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are prestine, and there is plenty of space inside and out. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time, and when we are back in Rolleston we will be booking again. Thank you so much Sharon.

Our team had a fabulous stay here in between attending a three day wānanga at Ōnuku Marae, around the corner. The location is perfect, nestled in the bush with so much bird life! We were able to easily explore Akaroa township by foot, with lots of excellent food and drink options nearby. The house is well heated, excellent layout for larger groups, and suited our needs perfectly. Thanks so much!

This is a special spot if you are looking for a quiet place for a large group. Fantastically well set up, comfortable beds and lovely linen, great fire and indoor outdoor living. There were 15 of us across three generations, and this was a perfect venue for our annual catch-up. It's also quiet on the roads for biking and close to remote beaches for exploring. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Wonderful place for a large group. We were two families with grown teens and young adult children and we all had plenty of room to spread out and hang out. Comfortable and spacious house with an amazing outlook and a wonderful large front deck. The kitchen is large and very well stocked and the BBQ is well placed on the back deck beside the kitchen. Comfortable beds with high quality linens. Great walking tracks nearby and an easy drive into Akaroa or Barry's Bay. Had a fabulous time and hope we have a chance to return! Highly recommend.

The views from this place are truly breathtaking! We were located close to some great hiking at Godley Head. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed for our trip! Would definitely recommend this spot!

I loved my stay here! The bach is cosy and warm with a nice homely feel to it. Someone else in their review mentioned the muesli and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed that as well! The highlight for me was how peaceful and quiet it was out there, and with the beach so close and lots of walking tracks to explore it was the perfect staycation I needed to get out of the city for a few days. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to be back soon myself!

Lovely homely cottage in quiet and peaceful location. Fire was lit and house warm on our arrival. Hosts were welcoming, helpful and responsive.

Wonderful stay at this breathtaking Airbnb. Amazing sea view made every morning feel special. The house itself was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. There were three of us staying for three nights. Wish we would have stayed longer. This is a fabulous house, full stop. If it's available for the days that work for your travel schedule, do yourself a favor and book it. The views are great from the decks, and it's such a peaceful place. It's an easy drive into Christchurch and convenient for exploring nearby areas like Sumner and Akaroa. The house was new, large, tastefully decorated, and super clean. Communications with Viv were excellent and replies were prompt. Check-in and check-out were super easy too. This house is a 10/10.

Beautifully appointed home with incredible views of the ocean and the snow capped mountains. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Karina and this beautiful property.

A very warm, private, and immaculate place. Set back from the road with great privacy and beautifully maintained throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, the smart TVs are a bonus, and the bathroom is modern with a good shower. Very responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommended!

Annette’s home is a perfect place to stay in Akaroa. Great location with beautiful views. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful and clean. Annette is a wonderful host who always responded to our messages and was flexible with our check out. Would definitely recommend this home.
