Amazing and clean very comfy

We had a great time at the villa resort!. The place was peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. Just a small suggestion , it would be great if they could provide a kettle in the kitchen for hot water. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we truly had fun.

He was a great host! Said we could check in early and late as Noone was checking out after. He was really responsive! Definitely recommend

A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Overall, a memorable and welcoming stay that I’d happily recommend

This place felt home. Every corner was so well done. The host and cohost were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had nothing to complain about and a great place to chill with a swimming pool on the terrace. Loved the stay and will definitely visit again.

Beautiful house with a spacious living room and 2 attached bedrooms with high ceiling. The place is well maintained and clean. With a high compound wall and artificial turf laid from wall to wall, this place is highly recommended for families looking for a quiet weekend getaway. And it is pet friendly!! As it was Eid holidays the owner sent us a basketful of fresh fruits. Thank you.

I have no words to describe the place and the hospitality of Abdul and his family. Abdul is such a great host, very accommodating, goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will recommend and will book again if given a chance.

The apartment has new furniture, clean and quiet, and the host is quick to communicate and help at any time.. and it is close to services such as restaurants, groceries, and Laundry.. and it has a balcony with a beautiful view... and it is easy to exit and enter the apartment, and there is a private parking for a car. . The host is very ethical and quick to communicate. This apartment will be my first choice on my next visit to Ajman.. Thank you Reem for everything...

Wonderful stay. Very recommended if you are coming for a business trip or with couples. The area around is full of all the essential services like grocery and all types of restaurants.

Samir made me feel right at home not only his studio is clean and uses smart technology, he was there every time I contact him and was so helpful. One of the things I noticed in this apartment tht I never see in other apartments is tht he provide different types of shower gel I’m not talking abt the one in the tub bt he provided multiple new shower gels from other brands. I really like the relaxing peaceful way I felt in this apartment. I really needed tht. I totally recommend it for anyone who jst want to relax and recharge

Very well located accommodation 50m from the beach and free public parking on the street. popular but very respectful neighborhood. Lots of food on the street very clean and cheap. bakery on the corner of the delicious street with patisserie and bread baked on site. The building has an elevator. Point to improve the kitchen is old and lacks storage in the bathroom. The host is very responsive ,very welcoming and who answers all our questions. Namely:mosquee opposite and we hear the call to the prayer on laube

We can’t thank Mohamed enough for his great hospitality, friendly communication and all the thoughtful gestures! My family stayed there for 38 days and they enjoyed every single day of their entire stay. The place is very clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are many great restaurants, bakeries and shops either at the same building or within a very short walking distance! We will definitely come back and we give Mohamed’s place our highest possible recommendations!
