Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

La cuisine américaine, à induction, est équipée avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière, grille pain et bouilloire.

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.

House – Beaulieu sous la Roche

Take a break in the quiet countryside of Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche in a 2-room apartment completely refurbished in 2023. The living room has a fitted kitchen, a sitting area with sofa bed and a small wood stove that gives a warm atmosphere to the room. Bathroom with toilet, attached to the bedroom which includes a double bed. Private outdoor area with garden furniture. The rest of the exterior is still being developed.

Inside your home, everything is designed so you can make yourself at home. We will welcome you to a recent 60 m² accommodation, south facing, in a quiet subdivision. A closed location is provided to park your vehicle.
