The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Located in an 18th century Historic Monument, this cottage (11p max) and about 160 m2 is the guest house of an artist, and mixes decor and antique furniture with modern and contemporary works of art.
