Quiet location, very well maintained apartment and with all the amenities available (washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). The decor is cozy, you feel at home. In addition to the nice touches from the owners (brioche, fruit juice, homemade jam and homemade cookies) we really appreciated these welcoming gestures as well as the kindness and smile of the owners. We had a very cute little flower garden with the singing of some chickens. We'll keep the address safe if we come back to the area because it's 5 or 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, which is very nice.

Clean and well-decorated apartment. Well located in relation to Puy du Fou. Perfect for a short stay. Slight downside with no windows overlooking the outside and traffic in the neighborhood a little dangerous with urban rodeos. In the apartment you still feel very good. Responsive and helpful concierge.

We had a pleasant stay at Karine's accommodation. The place is peaceful surrounded by nature, the accommodation is very comfortable, everything you need, of quality, is available. The decoration is neat, with a lot of taste. Very large comfortable beds, functional kitchen and large bathroom. There is everything nearby, food stores and enough to go for walks + the center of Poitiers a few minutes' drive away. Karine and her spouse are very welcoming, we felt very good from our arrival. While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Perfect studio for a night close to Futuroscope. The listing is as described. Clean accommodation and the arcade terminal has its little effect for retro-gaming enthusiasts. The bedding is good and the bathroom is sufficient, the hair dryer is a plus.
