Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ainring

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Our stay in the mouse nest on the Rupertiblick farm met and even exceeded our expectations. The converted circus wagon is really beautifully decorated and we felt very comfortable in the four days. In addition, Rupert and Monika were very friendly, uncomplicated and accommodating. We are already thinking about when and how we can come back.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

Everything was well prepared. Communication and check-in went quickly and smoothly. We'll be back.

We loved the place. Rosmarie greeted us with the house keys and gave us a tour of the 2 bedroom, living room, eat -in kitchen and bathroom apartment. We liked the balcony of the apartment which was set up with table and chairs for enjoying dinner as Sun sets late this time of the year. The apartment was comfortable, with well equipped kitchen and washer and had a warm, cozy feel. We appreciated Rosemarie’s welcoming gift of delectable and homemade carrot cake. Really beautiful apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was really clean and the decorations gave it a really cozy feeling. Florian and Sandra were very friendly and fast to respond, even providing us with local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for longer!

Beautiful, newly renovated apartment, right on the Europasteg an der Salzach, very quiet location, very nice hosts, location a little shaded, but otherwise very nice and very central.

Manfred and Claudia’s place is very convenient to visit Salzburg, very close to bus stop and easy to commute anywhere in Salzburg. The property is great for a short stay and is clean and quiet.

Our expectations were met. Small but practically furnished accommodation. Perfect if you're on the road most of the time anyway. The parking lot right outside the door was perfect. The bathroom is located across the hall, but super equipped and clean. The street was a bit noisy with the window open and the apartment was already warm in hot temperatures. But neither was a problem for us. The bus runs directly in front of the door with connections to Salzburg city center and the Unterbergbahn.

Julia’s place was a gem in the mountains. The place was spacious and neat for 3 people. Had all amenities needed for a short stay. However if you don’t have a car it can be difficult to commute to the city as there’s just one bus that connects the place and is not a part of the core zone, meaning you have to pay extra for the ticket. The house is uphill so not an easy walk back home everyday, especially in my case with elderly parents. Julia was very responsive and friendly and helped me with check in when I found it difficult to locate the apartment. Would recommend if you’re ft or have a car to access the city.

This Airbnb was wonderful for my friends and I! Very clean, and easy walk to restaurants and bus station. Would definitely stay here again. I also felt very safe here as a female traveler. Holger was very good at communicating and helped us with many things. He was a very attentive host and great at communication. Would definitely book again.

Evelyn was very receptive with all communications prior to our arrival. She provided very detailed instructions on the self check-in process, which went very smoothly. The apartment has all the required amenities, was clean and spacious. Its location provides easy access to the Salzburg Castle, the city itself, shops, supermarkets restaurants, etc. We stayed for two days and the cost was extremely competitive when compared to other accommodation places. We also had three bicycles which we were able to store securely in the seller for the duration of our day. I would have liked to have met Evelyn in person, but I understand that people may wish to keep their business separate from their private lives. I have no complaints whatsoever about our stay at this accommodation.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

We had a very nice short trip with Elisabeth. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting and we would have liked to stay longer to see more. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We'd be happy to come back. :)

Great modern Apartment with a big balcony. Peaceful and scenic surroundings where we can go for a good walk in the evenings. Surrounded by supermarkets (Aldi, Kaufland, dm etc), bakeries and some good restaurants. 10-12 mins drive to Salzburg (depends on Traffic). The historic city Hallstatt is around 45 mins drive from Freilassing through the scenic roads. Check-in was too easy with Wend’s proactive communication and clear instructions. Worth booking.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This apartment was spacious and within 20 minutes walk of historic Salzburg. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. We appreciated Gregor’s responsiveness to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet his parents and found them to be lovely people. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and coffee. We would stay here again!
