The chalet is well maintained and has furniture that meets basic needs. The resort is beautiful and quiet. The beach is clean and with services and water activities. Thank you, Mr. Amr, for the follow-up till check in and generous hospitality.

The house is amazing—very clean with stunning views! All the rooms are spacious, providing plenty of room for all guests. Communication was perfect throughout our stay. Even though we visited in October, at the end of the season, there were still two restaurants and a supermarket open nearby. While there are some stones in the sea and on the beach, the many clean pools more than made up for it. This is definitely a place I would highly recommend, and I’d love to visit again. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Helmy’s Place. The location is simply super— just steps away from both the pool and the sea, making it incredibly convenient, especially for families with children. Whether we wanted a refreshing swim or a relaxing time by the beach, everything was right there. The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. From the comfortable bed to the fully equipped kitchen and cozy living space, every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend Helmy’s Place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing, and well-located getaway. It’s perfect for a family vacation and we will definitely be returning!

I had an amazing stay at this chalet truly the best place to stay. I felt completely at home. The chalet is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished.

The place was so nice in all aspects, Easy to go, Great Charming view from front ( Sea view Sky Palms Green landscape even when we are inside the living room or the master room ) also the backyard is big enough even for a party & have a beautiful View on the desert & the Windmills. The property is fully equipped with all what we needs to have a nice relaxing happy vacation with my family, from Fine elegant decoration clean rooms to electric apparatuses to house entertainments as playing cards, Chess, Backgammon, speed ball....etc Many seeming & decorative pools are available, The sandy Beach is so nice, clean, long with several tents chairs ... entertainment facilities the presence of long grass areas instead of sand was amazing. Privacy is clear, Elegant quite people around us give us satisfactory sensation. Relay I enjoyed my vacation there.

Always a pleasure to rent Mohamed's units He convinced me to take a vacation in Sokhna and for the first time, It looks like a small paradise in Egypt A beautiful resort, sandy beach and a great chalet. Like usual, professional cleaning, always responsive and great customer service The chalet was modern, well maintained, fully equipped with electronics, kitchen appliances. The best part about it, its beautiful terrace with stunning view of artificial lakes and golf course. It had outdoor furniture and BBQ set. Ziena is a very decent, responsive and professional host ... everything during the check in / stay itself / and check out went very smooth, and she kept closely following with me before and during the check it. The unit itself is adorable, clean, has every thing you can need, i truly felt at home, nothing was missing, everything as described, and it also has an amazing balcony with amazing sea view. The resort is elegant and quiet, also the beach was very nice .. a perfect place for relaxation. Thanks, will definitely come back.

Location was easy to find, Ms. Mira(manager) was very kind to react on any request and recommendations, Room service was very kind to help with our baggages to 1st floor(2nd). Apartment is equipped with LG appliances, kitchen furniture Ikea, Everything was in brand new condition. Well managed swimming pool, friendly staff, Beach is very close and easy to get, facilities are nice and clean. In general everything was as expected. I’ve searched a lot to find for my family with 1 year old son, good place with kitchen and close to the beach, and this choice was the best in Ain Sokhna.

The flat is very nice ,in front of the pool, clean and new furniture ,perfect AC. Tamer is a very nice host.

Sammy is a great host. We stayed at this place multiple times and he always exceeds our expectations :) the view from the balcony is beyond amazing and the place feels like home. Also Sammy is vey responsive and helpful.
