My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Ich habe mein Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es fühlte sich wie zu Hause an, weshalb ich mich entschieden, habe hier wieder zu übernachten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel, sauber, gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben. Das private Gelände ist sicher und ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

DR. yousef was amazing person, the place was wonderful so clean and quiet and highly private, the pool was amazing and all the restaurants and mall are near to you, whatever you want you can find next to you.

festival living apartments الشقه في هذا الكمباوند المؤجر جدا متعاون كان في بعض التعليقات ع النظافه وتعاون وارسل وحده تنظف الموقع قريب من المول وجنب الكماوبند محطه وستاربكس وسوبر ماركت صغير انصح فيها الكموباند امن بعد الله ومريح طلبنا من المؤجر نطلع ع الساعة 1 وكان مرحب وقال وقت ماتبون اطلعوا بما ان مافي مؤجرين بعدكم نادر احد يوافق اشكره ع تعاونه وسرعة الاستجابة اذا طلبنا منه شي مايمر وقت طويل الى وفره وباذن الله نكرر السكن مره ثانيه🤍

I recently enjoyed a two-week stay at Dr. Hassan’s villa, which was a fantastic experience. The villa was spotless, with stylish furniture and an ideal, peaceful location. The pool area was exceptionally clean, with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxation. The landscaping around the villa was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere, and the rooftop offered amazing views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hospitality was outstanding, with a special thanks to Mr. Zaidan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. Mustafa is incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment you reach out to him. He's literally there to answer any inquiries at any time. As for the apartment, it's exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable, and it's spacious enough that I've rebooked it again. The location is close to everything: supermarkets, markets, pharmacies, and so on. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort.

a nice big apartment. host met us at 4:00am! wow! not much in the area, but Uber is cheap in Cairo and the city isn't walkable anyway. a great spot to stay! the local neighbors were wonderful!
