Holiday rentals with a patio in Aiken County

While my first impression was a little off-putting with the level of cleanliness I expected to find, Tiago was a kind, receptive and responsive host at every turn. The apartment is in a very old building in a very cool part of old Augusta. These old buildings come with their own struggles so I kept that in mind. I believe that Tiago will be doing a better job working with his cleaning people moving forward and I can only hope that he took my feedback in good stead. I strongly believe that I left the apartment in better shape than I found it and our arrangement ended up being mutually beneficial after I spent almost a month living there. I liked having private off-street parking and my own private entrances. The new washer and dryer, modern dishwasher and gas stove were a huge plus! Bed was very comfortable and living space was even more than I needed as 1 person. Thanks Tiago!

The place was exactly as described. I am a lover of older home and with a modern feel. It was the perfect blend of historic and modern. We were only there to sleep because we were there to attend some family event. It was quiet and cozy. Perfect amount of space for my husband and me. Check-in and checkout was easy! Not a million instructions for checking out like some places. It was worth every Penney We will definitely look this up on my next visit to see family.

Sandra's place is even better than the photos! Clean, beautiful, cozy, and quiet. It has all of the amenities listed and more. Sandra was an amazing host. She was very responsive, helpful, and made me feel very welcome in her home. Furthermore, she definitely went out of her way to make sure her guests would have everything they need for their stay. Thank you so much for letting me live in your beautiful home for the last 3 weeks!

Located on a golf course Amanda‘s place was a great place to stay for the Masters! Only 30 minutes from Augusta National, close to Columbia and of course Aiken is a beautiful city too. We enjoyed sitting in the back outside, watching golfers and listening to the birds. Amanda was always quick to respond and went out of her way to make sure our stay was great! Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a half bath downstairs so it was perfect for my wife and I with our friends. Hoping to be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay! Although it was short. The unit was exactly as pictured. Some noise from the street and restaurants in the area but nothing too terrible. Definitely within walking distance of Broad Street but won't walk around alone.

It's my second time staying here - and it's great. Big place (even though second bed is in the living room, it's big enough that you forget it's there. Huge porch...great for nice nights to sit out on. And a 5 min walk to the Alley and all the bars and restaurants in Aiken. Great place. Definitely recommend.

The place was just as described and pictured and the area was very peaceful. Everything was very clean. Host had quite a few requests, but communication was timely and friendly.

wet close to the equestrian arenas, super safe neighborhood

This home was one of the funnest air bnb stays we’ve had. It is a lovely historic home in marvelous condition with the best array of antiques and memorabilia. The neighborhood was beautiful and was very convenient to our family whom we were visiting. We also loved the screened in porch in the evenings with the wonderful smell of magnolia wafting in from the surrounding woods. Really set the stage for some wonderful Southern ambience. We also appreciated the short list of easy to do’s before check out. Kendra was a very friendly and helpful host. We loved our visit to Aiken and staying in this wonderful historical home.

The house is beautiful with everything we needed! We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches like blankets and refreshments. Comfortable beds and great location! Cool decor!

I booked several Airbnbs this weekend for my son's wedding. This one was for my younger son and his wife, and my daughter and her fiance. It was exactly what we needed -- space for them to spread out and spend time together, within an easy walk to downtown and a short drive to the wedding venues. It was the home away from home that I wanted for them. It was clean and comfortable with clear, easy instructions. My son had one question, and Mark answered it within a minute or two. I would definitely recommend Sweet Magnolia!

The host and property were great and perfect for what we needed. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and the house was the perfect location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and the location was near some great restaurants close by. The house is very spacious and offered great use of the house with all the needed items for cooking and living. No complaints and would stay here again on future trips.
