Séjour parfait dans le joli studio en bois, très bien aménagé par Eric et Maryse, qui ont été des hôtes très accueillants et ont pris le temps de présenter le studio. Un plaisir de démarrer et finir la journée avec le chant des oiseaux, et une vue imprenable, tout en restant très proche à pied du centre ville. Encore merci pour ce superbe séjour et à cet été !

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, perfekt gelegen für einen Fußmarsch oder 4min Autofahrt zum Parkplatz von Flégère , von wo man auf die Skipisten startet! Pool und Wellness sind perfekt nach einem Skitag und auch sonst kann man sich ausruhen oder gut beschäftigen mit Billiard und Kicker! Wir kommen gern wieder! Es war toll!

Logement idéalement situé pour découvrir Combloux et ses environs. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique. Le logement est parfait pour un séjour en couple, avec place de parking abritée, draps et linge de toilette, ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Davina et Seb ont été très accueillants et nous ont recommandé des balades adaptées dans les environs. Une adresse à retenir pour poursuivre la découverte de la région !

séjour de quelques nuit parfait pour notre famille, emplacement paisible, idéal pour randonner, visite de village (Sixt, Samoëns..). logement propre, spacieux, nous avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais très actif par messagerie. je recommande 😉

Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est proche de tout commodité, des restaurants, du super U en face... Très calme et très propre ! Le jardin est un vrai plus ! Merci encore pour l'accueil de Christian, qui nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur ce qu'il y avait autour et a été très chaleureux !

très joli loft en plein centre d'Annecy. Toutes les commodités à proximité : restaurants, bar, vieille ville, lac .... vous pouvez tout faire à pied. n'hésitez pas à ouvrir les petits bouquins ; grâce à cela,nous sommes allés visiter les Gorges du Fier qui sont magnifiques. En bref je recommande

Ein schönes Tiny House etwas außerhalb im Zentrum von Annecy, mit dem Bus waren wir aber sehr schnell im Ort. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette maison forestière rénovée avec énormément de goût et d'attention. Un grand bravo pour le souci du détail apporté à chaque aspect de la décoration et de l'aménagement. Le salon avec le piano est une pièce de repos extraordinaire. La maison est non seulement magnifique et extrêmement confortable, mais elle offre également depuis la terrasse une vue imprenable sur les chaînes de montagnes encore enneigées. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui recherchent un lieu unique, authentique, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Un grand merci à Eric et Dominique pour cette expérience inoubliable !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans ce logement. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La propreté était excellente. Le lieu très paisible. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse, du barbecue et de la balançoire grâce à une météo parfaite. Notre hôte était très accueillante et arrangeante sur l'heure d'arrivée qui a été modifiée dû aux bouchons à la frontière suisse. Literie très confortable, logement très bien équipé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, merci !

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Élisabeth et Frédéric : location propre, pratique, très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du spa face à la montagne. Tout était parfait, même la météo! Élisabeth et Frédéric étaient de très bons conseils et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We had two beautiful nights at Carole’s place in early March. The house was very charming and pristine. Despite us being 4 adults and 4 children - everyone had their own space, which was very lively. Carole was super responsive and also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations as we were celebrating a birthday. A little far off from everything but that’s what we wanted - very nice place to relax and just spend time together.

We had a great stay at the property, managed by "More Mountain". They were brilliant with their communication and everything went smooth and they were super helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. You can get a bus to Avoriaz (Prodains) or to the Morzine side. Or, the super Morzine and Pleney lifts are within walking distance. About 10 minutes. The property has all the amenities that you would need and they even supplied wine and Nespresso pods to get you started. Someone greets you at the property and makes sure that you are all settled and helps out if you need anything. Hot tub was great and there is a brilliant pizza restaurant across the road with other restaurants around the corner. All easily within walking distance. Would recommend for a trip to Morzine/Avoriaz.

Super séjour au Grand Bornand. L’appartement était propre, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Thierry a été très accueillant et aidant, il nous a tout très bien expliqué et reste très disponible. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans ce logement.

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

The place is beautiful, really well equipped, from the kitchen , to the working space. The rooms all beds are very comfy and right amount of pillows as well. Just keep in mind signal is very weak to none inside the apartment , but the wifi works really good. Area is very calm and really well located, the lifts where 5 mins walking and ESF too which was very convenient for us . We loved our stayed .

We spent three night's at Metin's, the place is cosy and had everything we needed for a great stay. It is very close to the lake and makes a great base for exploring greater Annecy.

Un appartement bien équipé et très propre, du mobilier de qualité, lit confortable, et salle de bain moderne, parking devant la porte avec entrée privative, etc. A conseiller sans hésiter.

Séjour dans logement de rêve, une vue incroyable depuis le studio. Logement très fonctionnel et agréable. Accueil chaleureuse de Charlotte et Wayne. Je ne regrette pas mon choix, tout était parfait. Chamonix à 10 min , et de nombreux lieu pour randonner accessible très rapidement. Lac Vert itinéraire depuis le logement pour les randonneurs.
