We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peace and nature and fishing, while being close to the amenities of a pretty little town. This place is really well arranged, impeccably clean. We will be happy to come back, if Christelle and Fabrice would like to welcome us there again.

The stay at La Marceline is very pleasant, the accommodation spacious, comfortable and clean, the garden very nice and convenient with parking space. Quietly located in the countryside in a picturesque hamlet less than 5 minutes from the center of Chef-Boutonne where there are all amenities.

We had a pleasant stay at Hervé's, who gave us very clear directions to find his accommodation. The apartment is very clean, very quiet and very well equipped in the kitchen. It is easy to access and well located, close to amenities including a supermarket. Delighted with this accommodation, a second stay is planned at Hervé's.

I go down to Ismael often, and it's always perfect. Go there without so much as a second thought!!!

Very good stay at Astrid's. Its 2 apartments are tastefully decorated. Located in a quiet driveway while being very close to the expressway. access with the lockboxes was perfect for late check-in. Astrid was very accommodating and super responsive to our various requests. I would definitely recommend her to future guests. Personal info: we appreciated the relaxation area at the front of the accommodations as well as the veranda (common entrance) it allowed us to move freely between the 2 apartments.

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description of the listing, clean, well-equipped, very cozy and ideally located in relation to the center of Niort and shops nearby. It was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We had a great stay and highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay at Sandrine's. The listing is as described, decorated with taste. The enclosed garden is a great place to be with a child. Playground structure in front. Very nice bike paths about 20 minutes away. Relaxing stay.

Accommodation matching the description, everything was exactly as mentioned in the listing, very good for 4 people, a little tight for 6. I recommend this accommodation, close to the Futurocope and all other shops.

Great experience, Christophe is very responsive and was able to respond to all our requests (including a forgotten accessory that he was able to leave for us in the apartment 1 hour before our arrival), and we were able to benefit from preferential rates at Futuroscope! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, the bedding very comfortable, everything is available to spend a very pleasant short stay! Free parking and Futuroscope/Aquascope accessible in less than 10 minutes by a small, safe pedestrian road. Thank you for everything!

It was a short but very nice overnight stay at Anila's home. We did this mainly to cut our trip home in half. Of course, I took advantage of cycling along the green "Venice" where many people wanted to sail with boats. I came from a week of cycling in the high mountains, which is of course more my taste. Furthermore, everything was very neat and clean, very friendly communication with Anila and we could also get into the house a little earlier, which was super. The outdoor terrace is also very cozy.
