Sweet semi-detached house, with garden and parking spaces

Great semi-detached house with a large garden and two parking spaces. Quietly located and 5 minutes from Lake Geneva. There are great experiences nearby such as the Swiss Vapeur Parc, Aqua Parc, mountain tours and much more. The place "Bouveret" has a lot to offer and is fantastically located, right on the French border. The house is a bit older, but it all works and the location is really great. The kitchen is completely new. We find it very comfortable 😊

Only 1 parking place available but free spaces available within 150m of the chalet next to COOP Important note: it is situated next to a road.There may be some traffic noise if windows are left open. When shut, you hardly hear anything inside.
