Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is about 90 square meters and has 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen (extractor hood, ceramic hob, electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster) and a small bathroom (daylight bathroom). The large terrace is furnished in the months of April to October. If required, a children's travel bed with bedding and a high chair can be provided. A washer and dryer are available for shared use in the laundry room.
