Hello! Our house is located in tranquil Berterath, surrounded by woods and pastures. The river "de Our" runs through the garden. The house is located right next to a hiking/mountain biking trail. In the garden there is a nice grill cabin,ideal for a mulled wine evening! There are a lot of toys available (foosball, ping pong table,..). The house is ideal for groups up to 13 people. There are 5;5 bedrooms, (1 one with dividing wall) (2 including sink), 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Regards, Amber

You can reach everything like the Arcaden (mall), grocery stores, pharmacies, train stations, fitness club within 5 minutes of walk. Our apartment with balcony is close to Aachen centre (approx. 8 km) and to the clinic approx. 6 km. The apartment is in the triangle between Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 people, especially for business travellers. In our apartment you can access the internet for free via fast Wi-Fi. For your entertainment we have TVs in the living room and bedroom!

Das Landhaus Patricia ist eines der beiden Country Houses, also ein separates Haus mit mediterranem Flair mit ca. 100 qm. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, eine Wohnküche, einen Essbereich, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Eckbadewanne, ein wunderschön ausgebautes Dachgeschoss mit freigelegten Balken und einen separaten Eingang mit Terrasse.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In the middle of the Westerwald, the area offers plenty of variety, whether for hiking, cycling or excursions. The property was redesigned in 2023. It can accommodate two adults or the equivalent.
