Overall, we had a great time with my friends at Zeynep's Villa. Zeynep was very quick to respond if we had any problems and we received good suggestions to fix them I would definitely recommend Zeynep's Villa to others for their stay in Sapanca.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ellis. Giorgio and Zafer were both very responsive before and during our stay. They provided us with thorough instructions for our stay and arranged airport transfers both to and from the airport. The Ellis had everything we needed for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with necessary dishes. We appreciated having use of the clothes washer and dryer. The welcome book contained instructions for everything in the house. Highly recommend!

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Beautiful garden and outside pool area made our stay even better. I’d definitely recommend this property and the great host Deniz!

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

El alojamiento de Ugur está muy bien comunicado, es muy céntrico para dirigirse a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Una zona alternativa llena de cafés agradables, tiendas de antigüedades y a un paso de todo. La comunicación y la cercanía de Ugur es excelente, siempre pendiente. Muchas gracias Ugur, volveré. Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this place and Alma’s team to anyone visiting Istanbul

Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar’da geçirdiğimiz zaman oldukça güzeldi. Huzurlu bir ortamda dinlenmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Popüler yerlere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Villanın temizliği ve düzeni mükemmeldi; her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Sıcak havuz, özellikle serin akşamlarda keyifli vakit geçirmenizi sağlar. Ateş çukuru da eğlenceli sohbet zamanı geçirmemizi sağladı. Ev sahibi Nursel Hanım, misafirperverliği ve ilgisiyle konaklamamızı daha da özel kıldı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Sapanca’da sakin ve konforlu bir tatil arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğiz!

A very cosy and beautifully decorated house, just a stone's throw from the main street, making it super convenient to explore the area. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, which made settling in effortless. The host was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Güzel manzaralı, oldukça sakin ve keyifli bir yer. 4 kişilik arkadaş grubumuzla konakladık. Manzara ve yağmur eşliğinde mangal yaptık. Evin genel temizlik durumu iyiydi. Bahçesi güzeldi. Evin içi de oldukça zevkli bir şekilde tasarlanmış. Gülşan Abla her konuda yardımcı oldu, ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şeyi iletti. Kendisine buradan da çok teşekkür ederiz. Etrafta yürüme mesafesinde pek bir yer yok. O yüzden alışverişi yapıp gelmekte fayda var.
