This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍

Thank you Darl, You provided me with a clean and trouble free stay, even when I booked at short notice. As Darl goes on her Airbnb journey, I can confirm she is doing things the best way. This is a nice and very cheap stay, so it's not a hotel, but it's comfortable, cool and quiet. As in all province's in the Philippines, there are dogs and Chickens about, but no issue for me. The location was perfect close to local restaurants, yet peaceful enough for relaxation. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, from the fast Wi-Fi to the fully equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Little touches, like fresh linens and a warm welcome, made a big difference. April and I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Butuan City. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We can’t wait to return!
