The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

The house is a well located, close to the square, church, commerce, beach, we managed to do everything on foot, the friendly neighborhood, the host always ready to answer our questions and help us. The house is old, spacious, has a garage, it is noticed that it is newly renovated and prepared to meet the needs of those who inhabited it. The kitchen is super equipped, has a wonderful shower. Jonys and Érica are to be congratulated for the reception.

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. Makes you feel at home, cooks with love of everything a little. He is always smiling on his face. A true gift of the stay. Thank you so much, Nice, for taking care of myself and my family. You are out of the curve. We'll be back!

Just to summarize the situation, I have rented several houses in Brazil but I have never seen such a beautiful and well-finished house... it is simply perfect! The space, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, all the bedrooms equipped with their sheets, the bathrooms with their towels and bath products, the pool, the barbecue area, the proximity to the beach. In addition to all these qualities, we must highlight the attention of the owners Flávia and Bram, always available at any time, the relationship ceases to be between the customer and the rental company and becomes simply friendly. Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.

I had a great stay at Elizamar's apartment. The view is simply wonderful, with a wide view of the waterfront - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. José Ricardo was extremely proactive, gave several tips on local shops and restaurants, always responded quickly. The apartment is impeccable, everything is clean, new with a beautiful view of the sea. I recommend the place and I will definitely come back again.

Wad amazing place to relax and get around town. View of the ocean. Walkable everywhere and the concierge service is great! Will definitely book on my next visit. I liked the building so much I want to buy a unit and AirBnB when I’m not in town!

The apartment is excellent, with air conditioning or a fan in every room. All very clean and brand new. Host Maira is super attentive and responds quickly to all messages.

Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. As for the apartment, it is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Just like the listing! Everything is very beautiful, organized and comfortable and very close to Beach Park and the supermarket. We would definitely go back to Manoel's place. It was a great weekend.
