Le logement est très propre et conforme aux photos et description et bien équipé Il faut prendre la voiture pour tout faire car on est loin de tout (plage restos…) mais au calme et place de stationnement dans la propriété c’est appréciable ! La terrasse est tres grande et agréable Nous n’avons pas vu Alessandro mais il nous a donné toutes les instructions utiles A 5 minutes en voiture de la vallée des temples À recommander

We stayed here for 4 nights , 4 adult's and a child , for a friend's wedding. Soon as we arrived, we felt at home, we were greeted by Paolo who showed us around and Marcello was always available to answer any enquiries. The location and house wow , views and steps down to the beach , moonlight views from the bedrooms and sunsets we didn't want to leave , and will return. Grazie mille

Le logement proposé par Alessandra était très cocooning. Elle a laissé plusieurs attentions qui nous ont facilité le quotidien (Lessives, cafés, instructions sur les bons plans à dispo…). Le logement était propre et nous nous y sommes rapidement sentis chez nous. Il disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. De plus, Alessandra s’est montrée disponible pour la moindre de nos sollicitations / demandes d’indications. Merci beaucoup, nous recommandons sans soucis 🥰

Wir sind sehr begeistert von dieser Unterkunft - wunderschön gelegen, ganz ruhig, inmitten einer fantastischen Landschaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren als Familie da, Eltern mit zwei Kindern, alles passte perfekt. DIe Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wollen unbedingt wiederkommen. DIe Kommunikation war auch hervorragend. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns ein kleines Paradies!

appartement très bien situé, à proximité de la plage et d'un site touristique, très peu de commerces à proximité. Mais l'emplacement est superbe, hôte très accueillant, réactif, de bon conseil.

This is the perfect place if you have a car and you want to visit the valley of the temples , Turkish steps and the beach front at San Leone. The host is absolutely adorable and she made us feel at home. Private car park right under the appartment huge bonus. highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful spacious home. The views from the roof were spectacular. There was plenty of room for people to work at different tables. We enjoyed the foosball table and generally enjoyed ourselves enormously while there, we alI had a chance to get a dip in the pool and sit by that beautiful garden. You should be very proud of your establishment, and the comfortable surroundings that it provides for everybody in such a congenial setting. A 5 star experience from start to finish

We stayed here because we were visiting the Valley of the Temples, like many guests I’m sure. The apartment is minimally furnished and spotlessly clean with breathtaking views of the temples from the rooftop balcony. Georgia was there to meet us when we arrived and had already given us lots of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. We ate at Kokalo’s on her recommendation and it was outstanding with astonishing views of the temples. She also suggested we could leave our car at the apartment and walk to the site which we did (it’s about 12-15 minute walk on roads with no sidewalk so be warned!). We had a problem with the WiFi which was the one time she was offline but we got it figured out. Georgia was extremely helpful and flexible when it came to checking out, making special arrangements for us to keep some stuff cold in a fridge while we visited the temples and allowing us to pick it up long after our official check-out time. We really appreciated that.

Back home we already miss the beautiful garden and the little room where we really felt at home! You can tell that Adriano put a lot of love into renovating this space and creating a very thoughtful garden around it! The studio was perfect for us and even though it is small it got everything what you will need! The kitchen does have multiple cookware, knives that are sharp and the best: you do not have to start buying everthing from scratch! There where spices and oils we were happy to use! We enjoyed the beautiful garden where we spent a lot of time watching the different shades of the sun on the mountains around us! The Beach "Bovo Marina" is just 5 min away by car. It is a really beautiful beach with not that many people and umbrellas around! We spent every day there and enjoyed every second! Adriano was a wonderful host! He gave us a lot of tips for the area and was always very friendly! You could always reach out and ask anything! We would love to return! A presto!

Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf hier. De accommodatie was brandschoon en opvallend ruim, wat meteen voor een ontspannen gevoel zorgde. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was werkelijk adembenemend, vooral tijdens de zonsondergang – elke avond was een schilderij. De host was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Het huisje ligt op een perfecte, rustige locatie waar je echt helemaal tot rust kunt komen. En het strand? Slechts een minuutje lopen! Ideaal voor ochtendwandelingen of een spontane duik. Kortom: schoon, ruim, prachtig uitzicht, fijne host en een top locatie. Ik kom zeker terug!

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione meravigliosa, calma e tranquilla e a due passi dal mare, grazie al suo accesso diretto in spiaggia. L'appartamento è arredato in maniera molto elegante con i suoi mobili classici, è estremamente pulito e in cucina non manca nulla. Al check-in ci ha accolto Paolo, che ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili sulla zona, posti da visitare, ristoranti dove mangiare ma anche aneddoti e storia dei dintorni. La parte migliore della nostra permanenza è stata sicuramente la cordialità di Paolo: ero in Sicilia per il mio matrimonio, e avevo prenotato una location per fare le foto della mia preparazione.A seguito di una cancellazione all'ultimo momento dell'altra location, Paolo si è subito reso disponibile a lasciarmi utilizzare il loro giardino in via eccezionale, che grazie alla sua bellezza ha permesso lo scatto di foto meravigliose in un giorno così importante.Un caloroso ringraziamento a Paolo e non posso che consigliare questa bellissima casa vacanze!

Nice location walking distance down steps to a beautiful beach . Lots of space in the apartment. The kitchen could do with more equipment . We arrived late due to car hire issues . It would be lovely to have a small welcome pack in the apartment . A short drive gets you to the town of Sciacca where there are lots of nice restaurants Overall a great location and a lovely holiday .

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist groß . Perfekte Lage, alles ist gut zu erreichen und die Kommunikation mit Carla war problemlos. Wir bedanken uns für die guten Tipps und Hinweise!!! Le foto descrivono bene la disposizione dell'appartamento con salone e terrazzino, cucina abitabile a parte, e due stanze da letto, la prima con letto matrimoniale, un singolo e una culla, e la II con 2 letti singoli e balcone vista mare. Oltre a un bagno completo con vasca da bagno c'è un locale lavanderia con lavatrice e una doccia. L'alloggio si trova al terzo piano di un piccolo condominio in zona tranquilla, a pochi passi da panificio, bar, market, pizzeria, rosticceria ecc., 5 minuti di auto e si arriva in centro storico di Porto Empedocle, 10/15 minuti si raggiunge Agrigento e la valle dei templi, 10 minuti si arriva in spiaggia di Marinella o al lido Majata, vicinissimo alla scala dei turchi di Realmonte. Comodo punto di partenza per visitare l'agrigentino. La host signora Caterina gentilmente ci ha fornito molte indicazioni e consigli su cosa vedere, dove mangiare ecc. ma è facile orientarsi e dopo poco ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Disponibili doppi asciugamani e lenzuola

Die grosszügig und modern eingerichtete Wohnung hat eine riesige Terasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Erholung pur. Auch der Infinity-Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen.

A Slice of Sicilian Paradise! We stayed at Appartamento in Villa su Collina Siciliana for four unforgettable nights. it was pure magic from start to finish. Perched on a peaceful Sicilian hill, this villa offers breathtaking panoramic views that look straight out of a postcard—olive groves, rolling countryside, and golden sunsets that we’ll never forget. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with rustic charm and modern comfort. Every corner felt like home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfy, and we especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the terrace while soaking in the serene surroundings. Our host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful with local tips and hidden gems to explore nearby. The location is ideal—close enough to visit beautiful towns like Cefalù and Castelbuono, yet tucked away enough to feel like your own private retreat in nature. Sehr grosse Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Der Ort selbst bietet wenig, man ist mit dem Auto aber in 30 min an tollen Stränden, Agrigent und anderen Sehenswürdigleiten.

Salvatore was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Salvatore welcoming snacks were a nice touch and the information binder was quite useful. Salvatore pinpointed interest-spots on a local map (attractions, supermarket and restaurants). We greatly appreciated the photo of our parking spot that he sent us before our arrival.

Moderne, saubere Unterkunft mit grundlegender Ausstattung und mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Gut zu erreichen durch die Nähe zu einer Hauptstraße. Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet, um sich die Umgebung (z.B. Agrigento) anzuschauen.

We had the most amazing stay at Salvo’s Villa! The room, balcony and terrace was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen is small but sufficient. It‘s only a two minute walk to an amazing beach which wasn’t crowded at all at the beginning of June. Salvo is really welcoming, gave us a lot of tips and was always available when needed though still giving us enough privacy. A car is definetly needed but it’s only a 10min drive to Licata where you can find everything you need. Thank you for having us!

This apartment was very big and spacious. It had everything we needed - easy walk to the cafes and restaurants. Vincenzo was great at communicating with us - helped with suggesting where to eat, with parking and let us check out a little later, which was really appreciated.

Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! Enza and Giuseppe were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The villa was exceptionally comfortable, with so many wonderful amenities. The beds were very cozy, and the villa itself was beautiful, clean, organized, and offered an amazing view. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Sicily and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you Enza for being such an amazing host.

We really enjoyed our stay! Cristina and Salvatore were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The location is just what we wanted, easy walk to beach, Turkish Stairs, and a few restaurants. The view from patio was incredible! The unit was perfectly suited for my family and parents. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plus games and books were a nice bonus for my kids. Thank you for the hospitality!
