A beautiful stone house recently restored situated in a quiet cul de sac 7 kmts away from the town of Cedeira. A small town on the coast where you can find all the amenities you need. Upon entering you will find a very comfortable open plan living space, kitchen,dining area and living room. There is also a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, both with onsuite. There's a porch for outdoor dinning and a BBQ. All linen, towels and a welcome pack are provided.

This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

It is all open plan apart from the bathrooms so please bear in mind not much privacy is offered. Our house, "A Calzada", is located in a rural enviroment 2.8 km from the center of Cedeira, a fishing village located in the hearth of the "Rías altas"; the house is made of stone and is around 200 years old and it has been restored in the 2024 preserving the traditional essence and offering an ideal space to relax and disconnect.
