The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Very friendly and warm hosts. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation offers a very nice terrace, where we could comfortably end the day in the evening and have breakfast in the morning. Otherwise, the accommodation offers everything you need - we didn't miss anything. It was the perfect accommodation for our stopover on the Neckartal bike path.

A really nice, ground-floor apartment with a shady terrace for the first coffee in the morning. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the living room cozy and the bed very comfortable. The immediate surroundings are quiet and the house is beautifully close to nature. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach deep, cool and almost magical forests with an ice-cold stream, stone circle and Kneipp facility. Highly recommended for two- and four-legged friends! Thank you very much for the hospitality (also towards our furry friends) and the appreciative communication. We had a great time!
