The house is beautiful and feels like you’re in a Condé Nast magazine. The beach is slightly less polished than some on the island but the sand is soft and goes out as far as you can walk, and the surf got big enough to body surf on our visit.

This is one of the most beautiful airbnb accommodations we've been too. My husband and I spent one week in September here and loved everything about our stay. The house is exactly as in the pictures: beautifully decorated with a rustic charm and warm lights, while perfectly comfortable and good equipped. Everything worked well and was of best quality and taste. The terrace furniture is comfortable and optimal for enjoying the amazing view over the island and the Aegean. There was a friendly neighbor next door. We didn’t meet Micaela in person but she was permanently available for questions. She organized someone to pick us up at the port and drive us to the house and sent someone to clean after a few days with no extra cost for us. The house is only a 10’ walk to the beautiful town of Chora. Considering your mobility condition and/or your driving skills though, keep in mind that the last 50-70 meters of the street are quite steep.

We have had the most amazing stay at this property. It’s everything you need for a laid back soul recharging break in the sun. The house is spacious, light & airy. The light just flows through the house. So does a cooling breeze with the doors open. Well equipped with comfortable beds. Everything you need and you soon get used to the off-grid lifestyle. In fact we don’t really want to go back on-grid. The south facing (infinity) terrace has lots of space and places to sit, lie & relax. Full sun or shady spots. With breathtaking views across the sea and amazing sunsets. Severine is a perfect host and always responds super quickly.

We had an amazing stay. Extremely quite, amazing view for sunrise and enjoying the time on the terrace. Perfect seating possibilities and shower outside. Everything you need to calm down and enjoy the vastness of Aegean Sea views.

We had a beautiful stay at Paola’s lovely house. Nice and spacious with stunning views. We know Folegandros well having been visiting for over 20 years and it is a very special place. It was so. Ice to stay in the quiet of Ano Meria but easy to walk to the local restaurants and cafe (so long as you are reasonably fit)!

Staying here was an incredible once in a lifetime experience. Agios georgios is a spectacular little cove with beautiful emerald rock and crystal clear water. We loved waking up and having the entire cove to ourselves. The off grid elements of the residence have their quirks, boiling the kettle would sometimes turn the power off for a minute or so. But for us, the feeling of solitude was so worth it. The space is small but beautifully designed, and we spent most of our days outside anyway. The kitchenette is enough to cook a very small meal, but we mostly went out to eat. Also the Starlink internet connection was very good. We hired a 4wd, the road in needed it. Which also meant we could drive in to town to dine, our favourite place to eat ‘Under the Palm Tree’ was only 12 min drive.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The house was exactly as shown in the photos—brand new and spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean. The outdoor space with a large table offered beautiful, long breakfasts with views of the sea and Chora. While Chora is just a 5-minute scooter ride away for shops and restaurants, Ano Meria provided complete peace and quiet. Communication with the host was flawless, with almost immediate responses. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!
