Holiday rentals with a patio in Agios Panteleimon

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité (et la propreté !) des lieux et la vue magnifique sur le Parthénon. La communication avec Maria était très fluide et claire. Bref, on recommande chaudement ce lieu pour visiter Athènes !

We had a wonderful stay! We were greeted by Μιχαλης shortly after leaving the ferry. He helped with our luggage and showed us the space. The apartment was clean, homey and fully stocked with water, fruits and bakery treats. He generously extended our check out time to accommodate our schedule. The perfect Rafina place and host!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was wonderful. You feel at home. It was clean and comfortable. The big terrace was amazing. The whole day sun and shadow. There was water in de fridge, coffee, sugar, juice, soap, etc. The bed and linen were of very good quality and were very comfortable. Very good wifi. The apartment is in a residential area and was very calm. It is only 3 minutes drive to the beaches and restaurants. Vasiliki was super friendly, responsive and accommodating. She gave great tips where to go. I highly recommend this place. I will come back.

We could not have had a more responsive host! Not only did he solve our elevator problems, he made outstanding recommendations and connections for airport pickup and boat trip. His recs were top notch! The apartment is exactly as pictured and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend booking this apartment and don’t miss the bakery around the corner and great local restaurants. As a host, he went above and beyond to make this stay one of the best Airbnb stays i’ve had. Thank you again for meeting and exceeding our expectation.

Giorgos spot was very easy to get to and it was a prime location for someone needing a quick ride to the airport for an early flight. The apartment itself was cozy and relaxing for one person which for myself was the perfect choice. I would gladly choose this spot again when I visit Greece. I appreciate Giorgos communication and for letting me check in a little later.

Thank you Alice for helping to make our stay in Athens so wonderful. Your apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was perfect. The apartment is a very spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. We especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice every morning with the electric orange juicer. The location is very close (5 mins walk) to the train station and Kifisia shops and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and sitting on the balconies looking out onto the back garden is very peaceful. The window shutters are great to allow for a darkened bedroom for a great night's sleep. Thank you very much.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

המקום שימש אותנו ללינת לילה קצרה, לצורך טיסת קונקשן. המארח אסף אותנו בלילה והחזיר אותנו לשדה התעופה בשעת בוקר מוקדמת, תמורה תשלום הוגן. היחידה נמצאת קרוב לשדה, כך שכל אלה היו יתרונות בולטים עבורנו. המקום נקי ומסודר, ותואם למה שהוצג בתמונות.

Το σπίτι ειναι απλα υπέροχο! 3 πανέμορφα υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία μολυ μεγάλη, κουζίνα εξαιρετική πεντακαθαρη και εξοπλισμενη με οτι χρειάζεσαι, αλάτια, πιπερια, λάδι, καφέ εσπρεσο ακομα και πλαστικά ποτηράκια είχε. 2 μπάνια στον πανω όροφο στα υπνοδωμάτια μεγαλα και 1 wc στον κάτω όροφο επισης πεντακάθαρα οπου ειχε πάλι τα πάντα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν, κρέμα μαλλιών, πετσέτες εξτρα χεριών αρκετες και ακομα και αποσμητικά σώματος και χαρτιά χαρτομάντιλα για όσους δεν χρησιμοποιούν πετσέτες για το πρόσωπο! Η Εμμα καταπληκτική οικοδεσπότης, πολυ φιλική και ευγενική, υπέροχος άνθρωπος! Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα την Εμμα και το υπέροχο σπίτι της για να περάσετε τις διακοπές η το σαββατοκύριακο σας με την παρεα η την οικογένεια σας! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Η καλύτερη φιλοξενία που έχω δεχτεί ποτέ από την Airbnb! Ο χώρος πανέμορφος και ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός!

Ο χώρος και το σπίτι είναι καλύτερα κι από τις φωτογραφίες και ξεπερνάει τις προσδοκίες σου. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Από τα πολύ θετικά ή άμεση επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες για κάθε απορία και οι ακριβείς οδηγίες. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο κι απομονωμένο. Το αξιοποιήσαμε για να περάσουμε χρόνο με τους φίλους μας και να ψήσουμε στην βεράντα, πάντα με σεβασμό προς την ιδιοκτησία του οικοδεσπότη. Θα το ξανα προτιμήσω!

If you are ever lucky enough to book this beautiful home I would really recommend it ! If we didn’t have to return our car rental we would’ve asked to stay longer than 2 nights. The place is so beautiful and one can tell that it is well taken care of and loved. Our host had many recommendations, speaks English Greek and German and is very welcoming. It was peaceful and beautiful and just perfect for our short holiday. Thx for everything David !

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Schöner als erwartet - das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

This place was perfect! It was our first time in Athens. We were unsure where to stay, and this was perfect! A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the interactions. We walked everywhere we needed to be. The views were amazing of the acropolis! The place looked exactly as expected from the photos. Far enough away for peace and quiet with so many restaurants and markets right at our feet. Alexandra, our host, was extremely responsive. She helped with many recommendations and also arranged for our transportation from the airport and back to the port when we left. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it ♥️
