Holiday rentals with beach access in Agios Panteleimon

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

We needed a place to stay overnight for our connecting flight. Jenny's place was a great option in regards to pricing and proximity to the airport. Jenny went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She picked us up from and dropped us back to the airport, recommend nearby restaurants, and made sure everything went super smooth. She's definitely the most responsive and proactive host I've experienced so far. Thank you for everything.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Nice restaurants at walking distance and free parking on the street. Our flight arrived late at night and Michail had been checking in to ensure easy checkin. Looking forward to future stays.

We stayed one night at Dion’s place in between our arrival in Athens and our trip to the islands via ferry. The place was perfect! We were able to decompress after our long flight and also see some of the local sites and restaurants before we left for the islands. The space was clean and comfortable and we will look to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Maria's place was great for me and my family. we had plenty of space and with a bathroom upstairs and in the basement the stay was great. The park was cute, the beach was a bit too cold to get in (early May) Lidi supermarket close by as well as a couple of cafes.

Short stay but great stay! so beautiful cant wait to come back Very responsive host and so helpful even organised milk for my son which i really appreciate :)

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Georgia was friendly and communicative. Prior to our arrival, she gave us instructions on how to get to the unit and her mother then guided us to the unit. The living room/ kitchen is spacious and has its own AC unit. We did not end up using the second bedroom this stay, but it is separate from the main bedroom so there is privacy between the two rooms. This location was very close to the beach and easy to get around to stores and other activities by foot. Lovely stay!

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, perfect for those who appreciate authentic beauty without unnecessary frills. It’s a place to pause, reflect, and enjoy. Aegina is a lovely island, and everything is close by. I wholeheartedly recommend this special place!

It’s hard to decide which is nicer: the apartment, the sea views or the owners. All are excellent. We were staggered at how lavishly Artemis had laid on groceries for us for when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The AC units in every room work really well, and the netting on the windows kept unwanted bugs to a minimum. The pool is kept spotlessly clean as a matter of honour and (warranted) pride by Illyrios. The showers in the bathrooms are powerful and have plenty of hot water. The fridge-freezer is spacious and works well, as do the other quality appliances such as washing machine, kettle and microwave. The views are soothing and the area quiet. The hosts live downstairs and are very respectful of guests’ privacy whilst at the same time being available to give help or any extras you might want in the kitchen. The beds are comfy and the linen spotless. Location is great if you have a car. Don’t give it a second thought: just come!

I have stayed here before a few years ago and on both occasions had the best time. We use Tim's home to visit family who live nearby and it's a fantastic home from home for the 10-14 days we visit. Tom is always checking in and is on hand to answer messages quickly. Thank you for having me again Tim. The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Good experience, the place is as pictured. Rooftop is a great place to spend some time. We used this as a 'close to airport' instead of a longer drive from Nafplio. As such we didn't explore the area - seems largely residential, but quite a few restaurants are within walking distance.

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

Anna’s place was great! 3 min walk from the beach and really delicious affordable restaurants. Anna was super responsive and helpful!!!

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around.
