We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

It was a very pleasant experience, though we had a short stay in Agios Antonios. Daniil and Maya were very kind and the house was indeed nice with large spaces, clean and beautiful views from the huge balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and one can feel the relaxed countryside life. The village itself is close to Thesaloniki and Halkidiki, which makes it perfect location if travelling Northern Greece. We all appreciated Maya's talent, she prepared for us a special dinner, excellent mediteranean salads, delightful desert and an excellent white wine. Daniil has helped and advise us about the best places in Thesaloniki, parking places, historical points of interests, museums and traditional shops. We were in permanent contact and he managed to arrange all the details for a smooth travel experience. In few words great hosts, very nice house, excellent food, good location.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Man lebt schön zentral in Thessaloniki und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung spricht natürlich für sich! Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, große Unterkunft.

The perfect combination of accommodations, amenities, and concierge services without the hotel hustle and pandemic concerns, at a great price. You could not ask for better hosts. Highly recommend for all travelers. As a US, non Greek speaking female traveling alone during covid, I felt safe, cared for, and accommodated in every way.

The place was great overall. Very nice garden with basketball and football facilities, hammocks, garden table and chairs. Very green and shady. It had big barbecue and all needed amenities. John was friendly and sent us local recommendations. The beach is circa 1km from the villa - its nice and long with sand and not many rocks in the water. It can get crowded because its near to Thessaloniki but you can still find some spot for your umbrella. We were 2 families with 4 kids and the room was plenty. I can definitely recommend the place. P.s. Take mosquito repelent.

I stayed at this wonderful place for one week. Everything was as advertised and true to the photos. The view is so amazing! Love to sit on the terrace sofa and look at the view to the sea and over the city and watch the birds. Loved it! Ana poli (the old town) is charming but on a pretty steep hill so I got some work out. Probably not for people with medium or more mobility issues. I highly recommend this place for short and longer stay. The host Ilias was very responsive and very helpful - e.g. when I had a health issue to tend to and gave a good advice. If I come back to beautiful Thessaloniki I will definitely stay again. Thanks a lot! Wonderful place.

Konstantinos hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus und der Olivengarten sind wunderschön, eine perfekte Ruhe-Oase! Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und waren sehr traurig als wir abreisen mussten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

The apartment is spacious, looks just like the pictures, and is incredibly comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The location is perfect: a 5-10 minute walk to convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked away enough for reduced city noise. We loved the natural light and the balcony's good seating space. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

I had a wonderful stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

이 숙소에서 28박을 지냈습니다. 제가 지금까지 경험했던 숙소중에서 가장 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 호스트는 정말 친절했으며 여러가지 문의 사항에 대해서 정말 친절하게 답을 해줬습니다. 숙소 위치는 공항에서 버스를 타고 내리면 바로 길 건너에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠으며 주변에 대형 마트 및 카페가 있으며 바닷가까지는 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 너무나 훌륭한 숙소이긴 했지만 딱 하나 문제가 있다면 그건 바로 인터넷 속도입니다. 저처럼 일을 해야한다면 한번쯤 다시 한번 생각을 해봐야합니다. 다운로드 속도는 10Mbps까지 나오며 업로드 속도는 0.5Mbps가 나옵니다. 업로드 속도가 느려서 일을 하기 정말 힘들었습니다. 그리고 사진에는 없지만 세탁기는 발코니에 있는 창고 같은 곳에 있으니 참고하세요. 이 숙소 덕분에 테살로니키가 정말 더 좋아졌습니다. 다시 한번 더 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

וילה מקסימה - חצר ענקית מטופחת ויפה עם נוף נהדר, פנים מעוצב להפליא, מרווח, ומאוד נוח ( אמבטיה שירותים לכל אחד משלושת חדרי השינה) . הוילה מצויה בסמוך לחוף ים פופולארי בקרב מקומיים ורחוק כדי שעה נסיעה עד שעה וחצי נסיעה מהחופים היחודיים בסיטוניה. אנחנו נסענו מידי יום (גם הדרכים יפות) ולא התחרטנו, השהייה בוילה היא חופשה בפני עצמה המצדיקה את הטירחה שבנסיעה.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier gehabt, alles war perfekt, sehr sauber, toller Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und ein sehr schöner gepflegter Garten. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, erhielten zusätzlich tolle Tipps für Tavernen, Strand Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Yannis hat stets schnell geantwortet, wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie, wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für alles

The Vila really felt like home and it was the best choice for our group. The garden with the pool, tenis field and bbq zone were the most used, the inside of the house best for sleeping! 😆💘 The area has very good restaurants, specifically the “Pirates” one with beach view. Depending on what activities we choose, we just walkers down to the beach or went with the car for 30min-1h drive and it was totally worth it! 🎉 Elena is the best host who really helped us order food and plan/book some activities. She made the vacation better and we are already planning the next year vacation. We still have a lot of places to visit nearby and activities to do, from the list Elena sent! 🙏🏼 We’re all very grateful for all the help and amazing support! 🤗

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

George este un tip extrem de receptiv și implicat în tot ceea ce face. M-am simțit extrem de bine în locuința lui, drept dovadă am rezervat și pentru anul 2025.

Wir waren eine Woche bei George und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Bungalows sind perfekt gelegen, um die Ruhe und Natur zu genießen. Die nächste Stadt mit Einkausmöglichkeiten und guten Restaurants ist ca 10 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Der Garten und alles um die Bungalows ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt überall Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten, um zu entspannen. Am Privatstrand gibt es zu den Liegen sogar ein Surfbrett, welches jeder benutzen kann. George und sein Team haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, damit einem nichts fehlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die schönste Unterkunft in der wir jemals waren und perfekt für Familien. Traumhafter Garten, unglaublicher Ausblick - ein privater Strand und alles was man benötigt von Küchenutensilien bis Schwimmsachen für die Kinder. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Kühlschrank mit Lebensmittel für Supermarktpreise. Immer ein Ansprechpartner, schnelle Antworten. Ich könnte hier noch viel mehr erzählen und schwärmen. Ein Stückchen Erde, dass es so kaum noch gibt! Ein wahres Juwel mit dem Duft von Jasmin und wundervollen Pflanzen im Mai. Besser als die Bilder. Vielen Dank für alles und hoffentlich bis Bald!
