Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

By car 20-30 min to Cologne city centre/cathedral. You live in the middle of the countryside in the Bergisch region between Cologne and Bonn near the Königsforst. Check in independently via a separate side corridor of the main house. In addition to a bedroom, study room and bathroom, there is also a hallway and a sports room.

Baden und Duschen mit dem Gefühl mitten im Wald zu stehen und nur die Vögel zu hören und die Eichhörnchen zu sehen. Ein kleiner Bach fließt am Grundstück entlang. Aus dem Garten startet direkt der Wanderweg. Knapp 30 min bis in die Innenstadt! 😊

There is a Bus stop to Cologne nearby and you are in 5 minutes on the freeway number 4 ( A4). You can find mostly everything for example , restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket in the next neighborhood. You will love and enjoy this 39 qm of calm, because of the cosy ambient and the relaxing sight into the green. Not least because of the heartily welcome at our home.
