Adorámos a estadia nesta casa, perfeita para quem tem crianças. A localização é excelente, num bairro tranquilo e rodeado de natureza. Espaço exterior privado e uma praia localizada numa curta caminhada a pé, tornam-na ideal para quem pretende, também, desfrutar da natureza na visita a Estocolmo. O acesso ao centro da cidade é simples e eficaz, através de uma caminhada até ao metro/comboio que nos leva ao centro em 15 min. Supermercado conveniente junto à mesma estação de metro. Comunicação com o anfitrião excelente, aconselhamos vivamente a estadia nesta casa acolhedora e familiar em Estocolmo.

Wij verbleven met vier koppels en een baby in dit prachtige huis aan het meer. Deze rustig gelegen woning bevindt zich op slechts een half uurtje van Stockholm en vlakbij supermarkten en andere winkels. We maakten vlakbij ook enkele mooie wandelingen in de natuur. Het huis heeft een groot terras en een steile helling naar het meer, waar je een privé steiger hebt. Ideaal voor een frisse nieuwjaarsduik. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is geweldig. Groot en open om samen te koken én uitzicht op het meer. Tine is een perfecte host. Wegens late aankomst kon ze ons niet ontvangen, daarom had ze overal post-its met duidelijke instructies achtergelaten. Zowel voor en tijdens het verblijf antwoordde ze snel. Voor de baby had ze speelgoed/bed/verschoningsspullen/… voorzien, dingen die lastiger met het vliegtuig mee te nemen zijn. We voelden ons helemaal thuis in dit stijlvolle huis. Er stond zelfs een kerstboom! We zouden allemaal terugkomen, bedankt Tine.

Our stay at Annellie’s place was so nice! We went as a group for a weekend in Stockholm for a concert and some chill time. It was a great location just outside the city so we got some quiet time, but close enough to go into town and explore. The house is a cute old Swedish summer house with some character. It is cosy and has some cool design aspects. The garden is beautiful, we spent most of our time here. The kitchen is old and basic but really well equipped and does the job! Annellie was the best airbnb host I’ve ever had. Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here to get a cosy Swedish home experience — like a magical countryside cottage! ✨

Struan heeft ons met veel vriendelijkheid ontvangen. Hij gaf ons duidlijke instructies voor aankomt, wat er voor zorgde dat we op elk tijdstip konden inchecken zonder dat er iemand aanwezig moest zijn. Een dag later hebben we elkaar ontmoet en kregen we tips over de omgeving. De familie had kaneelbroodjes gebakken en hebben er twee voor ons achter gelaten om te proeven. Struan kon al onze vragen beantwoorden en reageerde snel op berichten. Alle nodige artikelen waren aanwezig. De uitcheck tijd was flexibel en we konden zelf bepalen wanneer het vertrokken. Al met al een hele fijne ervaring gehad in dit appartement

Super schönes kleines Haus in ruhiger und sehr schönen Umgebung. Super nette Gastgeber.

Emma is a super friendly host and our family of 6 felt very welcomed! Emma’s hospitality wildly exceeded our expectations! She responded to all our questions rapidly. The house itself is super light, sun shining in through all the large windows. The house is clean and the beds are very comfortable, even our 80 year old grandmother slept well. The garden was appreciated by the whole family. Our kids played soccer on the lawn, and used the trampoline. We had breakfast outdoors, and spent the evenings in the conservatory on the back side. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs, which is great! If you want to spend time in Stockholm city the subway is close by, and will take you to the city in less than 30 minutes. We highly recommend Emma’s place for anyone visiting Stockholm!!

The house was tastefully decorated, super clean and tidy. It was really nice that there was space set aside for our own stuff (in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom). There is a parking space for the car and we could park our bikes in the garage. When we were there, the metro did not run all the way to Farsta (due to works), we parked the car at P+R Hökarängen and took metro T18 to the centre of Stockholm. That was easy to do. There is a big lake around the corner, which we cycled around, a nice bike ride. In short, we had a wonderful week at Emma and Jakob's house. A lovely place to stay.

Vackert, design i varje hörn, genomtänkt och riktigt mysigt ”kök”. La sig vinn om att vinkande äta frukosten (trots allergier) och i all enkelhet blev det så fantastiskt bra, nytt, överraskande och tillräckligt i allt. Under kvällen ändrades planerna pga extrema köer men det var inga problem. Huset är avsides och lätt att hitta, komma in i och se var alla saker var någonstans.
