I can say enough about his beautiful Airbnb. My husband and I stayed for four nights, and Alistair and Maria were the most gracious hosts. From start to finish we felt welcomed and cared for, and the cottage itself - not to mention the grounds - was simply gorgeous. Nestled in the little town of Macciano, the cottage has great proximity to so many beautiful towns, attractions, and restaurants. We took multiple little day trips and were able to cover a lot of ground, and still be home in time for a dip in the pool and a glass of Prosecco with our charming hosts. Maria even offered to cook with me one night, and I had the opportunity to learn about the local fare, all lovingly made from scratch by Maria. This is a very, very special place filled with beauty and tranquility. We can't wait to go back!!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Her beautiful Golden Retrievers, Matè and Futura, welcome us with unforgettable parties and cuddles. ... it's natural to go back!!!

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

The place was a 10/10! We felt incredibly comfortable, the communication was great and very friendly. We would 100% recommend it. We were able to relax a lot, it was very clean and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Apartment located in a panoramic position, large terrace with splendid view of the Corciano hill. Private and covered parking space, in addition to condominium parking. The accommodation is very close to the highway junction, perfect for excursions, especially in the direction of Lake Trasimeno and in all directions. Iperconad hypermarket with adjoining fuel station (one of the cheapest in the area) in the immediate vicinity. For me, a real strength. Clean, bright and well furnished apartment, with taste. Spacious living room and very comfortable bedroom. Anastasiia is a very courteous person and attentive to the needs of guests. To the question: "Would you take it back?"
