Great location! Booking was confirmed within seconds and communication with the host was excellent throughout. They stayed updated on my arrival time and gave helpful local tips. The room was exactly like the photos – clean, tidy, and in a perfect spot. The secure parking was a big bonus, and there was always someone around looking after the building. I felt safe and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. I felt completely safe and incredibly comfortable throughout. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, always ready with great recommendations. During my trip, I stayed in three different cities with three different Airbnbs, and I can confidently say that the comfort of this home was truly unmatched. Fantastic location with views of the ocean, walkable restaurants and grocery/shops nearby. Jamel was a fantastic host. Communicative and very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Rabat, around the Hay Riad area. Also, having the gym was a huge plus!

We had a great time at this place, which was clean, comfortable and as described. The location is great and everything was perfectly organized. A big thank you to the owner Mr. Khalil for his warm welcome and availability, as well as to the lady who handed us the keys with kindness and professionalism. Parking was also a positive point, free and public on the street, with no problem parking. We highly recommend this listing to others looking for a pleasant and carefree stay. Ahmed was very hospitable and catering to the needs of my family, the accommodation was situated in a prime location overlooking the sea. Will definitely return if and when we are in the city again.

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

The apartment is amazing. There is a lot of space for a family or group and the view is spectacular. We were able to dine on the balcony and watch the sunset. Everything was spotless and the apartment is extremely welcoming. It is a short walk to the beach with several cafes and restaurants right there. We will definitely stay again. It is a fabulous getaway with everything you need.

This was honestly one of my best stays ever. The apartment is very spacious, very well designed with great furniture. The bed was large and comfortable, there is a nice balcony with a table and chair to sit on. Overall vibe was very chill, it’s in a good location with a security guard outside the building. There is a decent cafe next to it for breakfast. The only minuses would be lack of iron and ironing board, as well as detergent for laundry. Other than that, I can highly recommend this place. It felt like home and I’d easily come back again. If you can afford spending just a little more than other places, then you won’t regret it. 9/10 stay, well done to the host!

I enjoyed staying here. Ihsane was kind to welcome me. The room was clean with fresh sheets. The view of the Bouregreg river from the terrace is beautiful. It's a calm and peaceful area, exactly what I needed after a full day of walking. There were only girls renting the rooms so that helped make me feel safe. Great value. 100% recommend.

I had a marvellous stay at Najat’s place. The location is perfect and the place itself is very authentic. An interesting little street entrance into a welcoming home that feels really genuine. Najat is an excellent host and my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. Excellent value for the single traveller. Thank you Najat

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

I spent a wonderful week with Najat, Rachid, and their warm, welcoming family. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at home. Their kindness, generosity, and constant support turned my stay into a truly memorable experience. They shared delicious homemade meals, helped me get around the city, and were always there with a smile and good conversation. Their home was clean, cozy, and filled with positive energy. I sincerely recommend Najat and her family to anyone visiting Rabat. They’re exceptional hosts who genuinely care about their guests. By the end of my stay, they felt more like family, and I’m truly grateful to have met them, Visiting them will always be a priority every time I return to Rabat.

She is very welcoming and the place is really cosy and neat. There is no disturbance and the neighbors is really friendly (she brought me breakfast and tea). I truly lived the Moroccan experience. You are surrounded by the market therefore close to everything. The place itself is very clean and have nice couches and a very good internet connection. I was hesitant at first but do not regret booking at all.

Great! The place is very clean and matches the photos and description. A very good location in Harhoura, within walking distance to beaches , cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, gardens... Fadoua is very welcoming and responsive, and very flexible with check in and out times. We're so excited for our stay!

Our family stay was very nice. The view of the sea is magnificent. This is a beautiful apartment , waterfront facing the beach . The site is quiet and relaxing. The staff is responsive , and if needed there is a cook and cleaners available We'll be back for our vacation.
