You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. Located in the popular summer cottage area Skaven Strand, you get an ideal base for both relaxation and active holidays - close to the fjord, forest and beach. Skaven Strand is known for its calm waters and child-friendly beach, kite surfing, surfing, paddleboarding, good fishing opportunities and cozy harbor environment. There is also a short distance to shopping, eateries and nature trails.

Sit back and relax in our quiet and cozy cottage. We have renovated our cottage in lovely calm colors and added a lot of personality and coziness. We have made an effort to preserve the old and cozy cottage style. We can highlight the large covered terrace to the south, which is almost always sheltered and the beautiful outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. A lovely place, for peace and quiet, overlooking Skjern Enge. Also centrally located for experiences in West Jutland. There are 2 really good box mattresses, which ensure a good night's sleep. There are bed linens, towels, dishcloth and kitchen towel. Good little kitchenette, with 2 hotplates and oven, as well as refrigerator with small freezer. There is a private entrance and bathroom with shower.

Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. Beløbet afregnes kontant ved afrejsen.
