Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

Alessandra's apartment is beautiful. It is furnished with a lot of love and we lacked nothing for our stay. The view from the terrace to the old town is sensational! There are beautiful pictures throughout the apartment, including beautiful illustrated books. Really a very nice apartment, which was also very clean. We were also allowed to arrive earlier. Thank you so much! The city of Ascoli Piceno is very beautiful and there is also so much to discover in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Franciska and Toni’s apartment in beautiful Zadar! The space was impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and equipped with lovely amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. It was also very walkable to the main attractions. Franciska and Toni were fantastic hosts - very responsive and helpful. When we ran into a small parking issue (which wasn’t their fault), they stepped in right away and helped us resolve it quickly. They also shared lots of great local recommendations, which made our time in Zadar even more enjoyable.

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

Stunning villa at the top of a seaside town. Beautiful view, not overlooked. Superbly equipped. The host is super responsive and has plenty of advice to give about the surrounding area.

Ivica and Maja were friendly hosts with a beautiful home. We loved our stay on the peaceful bay and outside of the crazy city.

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s Apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was situated close to the center of town, about 5 minute walk. The bed was firm but nice and there were mosquito screes on the bedroom and kitchen windows which provided a nice breeze. The road below was a bit noisy with car traffic since it was one of the roads out of the walled city. It did settle down during the night until morning. Overall we had a great time in Orvieto. Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

Stefano is a great host. The house was very clean, and he welcomed us warmly. The location of the house is nice, close to the market and the metro. Having a balcony was a nice touch. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Rome.

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

I highly recommend Enrico's apartment. Strategic location. Furnishings with details, including design, that make the difference. Small terrace. Safe and elegant condominium. Even for long periods. In addition, Enrico is always available and very kind.
