Holiday rentals with a balcony in Adriatic Sea

Great apartment-best Airbnb host we’ve ever had. The apartment was just as advertised and fully met our needs and also in a brilliant location but without doubt the customer service we received from Federico (pre check in ) and Emerson (post check in ) was outstanding. It was like having our own personal concierge service !! Federico’s response time to questions was so fast (within 10 minutes ) and during our stay we had a few issues for the next part of our holiday and Emerson was utterly amazing (he organised a transfer to our cruise port with an 1 hours notice when our original taxi cab cancelled our minivan and also the day before when we were notified we now needed covid tests to board our cruise, we texted Emerson and by 8.45 am we had our tests and results and could continue our day in Rome without further worry ) 100% recommend this host and will book with him any future trips to Rome Huge thanks

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. We loved the little balcony sitting and people watching, and looking over at the Altar of the Fatherland! We were very comfortable in this apartment, the AC was nice and cool, the bed was very comfortable, a little bit noisy with sounds of the city but were so tired that we weren’t too bothered; no different than any other large city staying downtown! The apartment was close to lots of spectacular sights and we ate at lots of great restaurants and shopped and had a wonderful time in Rome! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Really great apartment. Spacious, clean and accommodating. Very close to the beaches. You need a car, however, to move around. Cafés, restaurants, etc are not close. Diso as a village has not much of a vibe. But the apartment is a great place to be and to start your daily trip.

Apartment on the second floor of a fantastic 1900 villa in a large tree-lined garden. Cozy and practically furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself. The beds were wonderful! Your car is safely parked under a canopy in the garden. By bike you will be in the center of Pula within 10 minutes. The immediate surroundings are not immediately cozy, but has everything you need.

Our stay at this place was worth of the money. The house is spacious, equipped with everything, 3.5 km from airport, has a very nice view from the windows. The host is very nice and coorporative. The checkin was very convenient. It is a nice place with everything available at a walking distance. The host even guided us about the rent a car companies and locations. It was a really nice stay there and made our trip memorable.

We had a lovely stay in Bayside Apartment. It’s a beautiful property with the most amazing view of the new port. We will miss getting up and watching the cruise ships come and go. You could never get tired of the view. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was well stocked with everything you need for a holiday, including towels and beach towels. My family loved the pool area, which was also immaculate and exactly as it looks on the photos. Ivica and Diana were great hosts and it was lovely to meet them and their family. The location was great to explore the Old Town (20 mins on a bus) and was in walking distance of some lovely restaurants on the new port, as well as Lapad tourist centre. We found a lovely beach in walking distance of the apartment to swim from called Mandrac Beach, which was great for the kids but was also quiet (mostly locals). We hope to be back one day. We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

My friends and I had the most amazing stay, thanks to our incredible host! From the moment we arrived, he was extremely sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He set up rides for us and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making communication a breeze. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. It was such a warm and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. The hospitality and the beautiful atmosphere were truly unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Everything perfect, very nice apartment - completely clean and tastefully decorated. All newly made and no unnecessary nipples. The pool is super nice and located directly opposite the apartment (you have to go to the other "side of the street", but the street is almost only a small path at the end of a dead end). Helena (the landlady) is super nice and accommodating, she made everything possible. Thanks so much for the nice week!

Great house, nice communication, quick help with any problems. Hot tub was very relaxing and there was everything else you needed was available.

The most beautiful Italian Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The renovation and furnishings are stunning, just like the photos. We felt very welcome in Parabita with the elderly locals who live next door chatting to us each day. The town is away from the tourist chaos so makes a perfect base to explore the nearby villages and beaches, but retreat back when you want. Thank you Letizia and Giorgia for a wonderful stay and for being great hosts.

We loved staying here! The setting is breathtaking and the place is beautiful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Waking up to the view of the vineyards was very special! We were comfortable and relaxed in this spacious accommodation.

INCREDIBLE HOST, INCREDIBLE PLACE!!!! Highly recommend this place and Pietro! The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and the dock is so peaceful and relaxing especially after a long day exploring Venice. Wonderful restaurants that are close, delicious and the people are friendly! Pietro is the most helpful and kind person I encountered in Italy!!! After a long and stressful travel he helped us beyond words can explain from meeting us outside the Airbnb to arranging a water taxi for us to get the airport. He had a crib prepared for my baby when we arrived! By far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!!!

Great little place within walking distance of everything!

Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Noelle’s place during our time in Rome! The apartment was exactly what we needed—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Check-in was a breeze, with a team member already there to welcome us and help us settle in, which made arriving in a new city feel easy and stress-free. Noelle was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and offered great local recommendations that helped us make the most of our visit. Her instructions were clear and thoughtful—for example, while we couldn’t store our luggage at the apartment after check-out, she pointed us to nearby luggage storage options which worked out perfectly. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend Noelle’s place to anyone visiting Rome!

It is a very spacious and nice apartment very near to venice mestre Rather than staying in proper venice it makes more sense to stay here as it is just 15min by bus and comparatively much cheaper than proper venice Giuliana as a host is so nice and helpful and also left a map for us for venice Really was highlight out of all the airbnb’s we stayed in during our trip Highly recommended

We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had everything for cooking our own meals with produce from local markets. We loved the location. Quiet and away from the crowds but near metro and busses. Alessandra greeted us and gave us a full orientation. She was responsive when we had questions. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like the was air bnb should work.

We really enjoyed our time at Marco’s apartment. The view was beautiful from the balcony with stunning sunsets over the water. The amenities were clean and working which allowed us to spend our 3 nights as though we were at home. The walk to the main part of town is easy but there are also supermarkets and restaurants much closer for when you don’t want to walk. We would recommend staying here.
