2 bed apartment/Netflix:24hours electricity.

24hrs security guards at the entrance gate, standby generator, also solar energy to give customers 24hrs power supply ,supermarkets, restaurants, 5stars bars just 3min away, international airport just 25 minutes away without traffic, all road tared from airport to my location. Inverter does not power air conditioning , but nothing to worry about , we have constant electricity(nepa), especially overnight and during the hot day, national grid only goes off for 2 to 3hours and it’s back on again.

It's a nice place to stay, but I am of the opinion that a sign from the major road showing the place is necessary, given the fact that a couple of uber drivers I ordered cancelled the bookings as a result of not being able to locate the place.

I have nothing to complain about. The few things that happened were fixed immediately so it’s not worth mentioning. The host made sure things were taken care of. He made no excuses he just got it done. He doesn’t play about his guess. I love that about him. Would I stay again….. yes! In fact already planning on it but a different property of his. He will be getting more business from me. Thank you for making sure we were comfortable in all aspects. It definitely felt like home. And thank you for going above and beyond having the staff make a desk large enough for me to work on.

I've rented multiple Units from David at this location in Ipaja and all of them have been on point to their descriptions and I felt right at home. Again the staff is amazing and always helpful. Mayowa is one of a kind. The security guard at the entrance is attentive and does his job securing the place well. Most would say don't stay on the mainland if you're a visitor to Nigeria, however Ipaja and this location this estate is very peaceful. There is security everywhere and I enjoyed daily walks around the estate. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my stay amazing! I had an awesome time here!

David’s place was well kept. We like the features we did notice the AC was always on but they had fans going through out so that was amazing. And 24/7 power to charge your items. Lots of space very beautiful layout and the bed was decent. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are in the area. Thanks again!

I and my family enjoyed our stay. We did a week and later added few more days. It’s a place we will like to stay again. Also thanks to Mr Victor the man on the apartment. He was helpful and friendly. Nice environment too plus good security. Complete amenities as listed on the apartment details. I’d recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you to the Host too. He made sure we were comfortable.
