Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Adelaide Hills Council

Our stay was comfortable and safe, and we look forward to staying in one of Lipings' houses next time we come to Adelaide.

We stayed at Sandra’s place for a whole week, she was waiting for us even though we got a bit earlier. She helped us with some suggestions about how to move around, where to hire a car and a few more things. We also noticed that she gave us space whenever we had to cook something and very respectful at night. She was also curious and interested on traveling and culture. The place and surroundings are very nice, not too far from downtown and also very close to the hills. Good public transport just a couple of hundred meters away. There are also nice walking tracks and if you want to go to the hills it’s literally just a couple of minutes drive. Nice lookouts up there. I totally recommend this place.

Lucia was a wonderful host—warm, helpful, and checked in daily to make sure we were comfortable. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, including cookware and laundry supplies. It’s in a quiet area (with occasional plane noise at night), and the garden with a pool is lovely, though we visited in autumn and didn’t use it. The location is super convenient—just 5–10 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza, the bus station, and Modbury Hospital. The bed was soft and comfy, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats: milk, chocolate, and jam. And of course, her dog Jackie was adorable!

Nelly and Geoff were wonderful hosts, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They were accommodating, preparing the hot tub to our schedule and setting up the ball machine on the tennis court. We really enjoyed our stay in the Hills and the peaceful surroundings that La Cachette offered.

Mukhuzo is such a great host, he let me leave my luggage before the check in time and also after the check out time during the day. The hause is so nice too, the garden is great if you like reading.

kanthi is an amazing host and very generous . We had a wonderful stay and she was very accommodating ! We would love to stay here again if we pass through Adelaide in the future.

This was absolutely stunning. It was a private, quiet and clean space with all the amenities you could think of. There was absolutely nothing lacking and we felt extremely comfortable and right at home immediately. The space was large yet cozy, private with amazing views. We had constant and immediate contact every time we sought assistance. We couldnt be happier with our stay and we will definitley be back. Nelly's hospitality was second to none, and the property was just gorgeous.

This house is amazing!! Beautiful views straight onto the ocean and lots of space in a great house. A short walk down the esplanade to the main part of Glenelg, a perfect location. Chris was a great host who was very accessible when required. Will definitely be back!!

The view was simply astonishing there and it fulfilled my dream of staying in the vineyard for a night, the rooms were spacious with plenty of activity spaces, And I truly appreciate that there is a station that makes us ready to host tastings.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully French-inspired decorated stay, the house was well-equipped with ample space. Suzie was an incredibly accommodating host and made us feel right at home. It’s the small things that leave big impressions. We’ll definitely be back for another visit! Highly recommend!

Amazing little villa! This was my second time staying at Jess’s and I would stay again in a heartbeat! 💗 Location is superb, the villa itself is beautiful and the jacuzzi just tops it off especially on those cold winter nights! ❄️

This is a gorgeous property with a beautiful house. Amanda and Antony have done a superb job in decorating it and making it feel like home. The main lounge and bedroom is epic! So cosy and made for such a beautiful stay. The kitchen is really lovely, and very enjoyable to cook in. We had a great first night cooking pizzas and Amanda was very responsive to texts when I had questions about where things were. The spa was a great addition and we spent a few hrs in there on both days. For a wholesome getaway, I highly recommend staying here Thanks Amanda and Antony

I loved my stay at this beautiful cabin! The design was perfect, and everything felt so peaceful. The hot tub was a highlight—especially under the stars and during sunset. I woke up to birds singing and even saw kangaroos in the morning, which was magical. The bonfire at night and the olive trees around the property added to the charm. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Such a relaxing and memorable getaway

A beautiful getaway location away from the hustle and bustle but still close to anything you may need. The Tin Tabernacle was a great place to relax and recoup with my husband. We would definitely recommend it. p.s. bring some slippers though, the floor gets a touch cold on the toes in cooler months

We loved our stay at Julie’s place, it was well equipped with everything we needed (plus lovely extras like wine) and great to have the fire on cold nights. It was a great base for exploring the area and wineries.

We had a lovely relaxed stay in a great location. We could walk to town to get stuff we needed, but also watch sunset over the vineyards. We met Amanda who was kind, relaxed and helpful.
