Affordable LUXURY Waterfront Mansion! SPECIAL!!!

We stayed for a family Christmas get-together as the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The area is very private and safe, and the view is wonderful. Given that we stayed in December, all of the leaves were off the trees which allowed for even more panoramic views from the bluff overlooking the Quincy Bay westward toward Missouri. Also, as a given during December, we were not able to utilize the screened-in porch. This would be a wonderful place to sit in the spring and fall, or if you were lucky enough to catch a cool, low humidity, summer evening. The location is on the north end of the city, so all entertainment and shopping is a drive into town, though not too far. The beautiful neighborhood would lend itself to nice walks, weather permitting. Penny is a great host, and was very responsive to us for questions we had during the stay. Overall, this is a great stay if you don't mind the price, or can share it with family or friends.

Beautifully restored craftsman home in a nice walkable neighborhood. It is surrounded by mature trees, shrubs and beautiful flowers. The chefs kitchen is supplied with all the necessary tools and equipment. The mix of period and modern furniture fits this home very nicely. This well maintained home is comfortable with central air, heat, and upstairs mini-split air conditioners. The WiFi is fast with no problems connecting. There is a nice backyard covered sitting area with a gas grill and seating.

We were in Quincy to visit family for Thanksgiving. This was our second stay at Kristi’s house. The house was perfect for our needs. Our two dogs had a great time playing in the large fenced backyard, and we loved the cozy house. Highly recommend Kristi’s place for a visit to Quincy!

This is the third year that our group has used Kris's place. As always it was in great shape when we checked in and the process was super easy. We had some incredible weather to accompany our trip this year which accentuated the location as there are some great restaurants, bars , and a really good brewery within a few minute walk of the apartment.

Great condo - very clean and had all the right amenities. The attached garage was an added bonus! It was a little noisy with street traffic so it might help to bring a fan or sound machine when sleeping. Would definitely book this again.

Comfortable bed and sitting areas with so much space. Wish there was a guided audio tour of all the various collections. Older building with the associated quirks but adds to the character and worth the unique experience. Perfect for an overnight stay on a road trip to St Louis, much better than a stuffy hotel.
