This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Newly built home on 2.5 acres in south Boise. We are 15 minutes from the airport, downtown and the best shopping in Eagle and Boise. 550 sq./ft. mother-in-law quarters w/ private entrance and outdoor patio. Includes kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom and large closet. Great for business travelers and couples. The space will sleep four, but you will have to like each other. Landscaping will be a work-in-progress. We have chickens.

Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.

Coffee, tea, microwave, and refrigerator included. This unit does not have a kitchen. This unit has one bed and will accommodate two people. The living room sofa is not intended for sleeping.
