Holiday rentals with lake access in Ada Bojana

Das Apartment ist definitv einen Besuch wert. In Ulqin hatten wir noch nie so einen tollen Empfang. Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett und so herzlich. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt, man hat einkaufsmöglichkeiten die zu fuß erreichbar sind. Wir werden mit meinem Freund definitiv bei jedem Halt in Ulqin hier buchen, es ist es wert.

Evgenija s place is a great airbnb, house is very big and has everything you need. The view is spectacular. ☺️The house is better and bigger than it appears in photos, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Evgenija was communicative and easy going. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone.

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. Amazing location, steps from the market and minutes from the beach. The pool was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here! Dona ishte një pritëse shumë e dashur—shumë e afërt, e gatshme për t’u përgjigjur dhe gjithmonë pranë nëse na duhej diçka. Apartamenti ishte i pastër kristal, i rinovuar plotësisht dhe të bënte të ndiheshe si në shtëpi. Vendndodhja është e mrekullueshme, vetëm pak hapa larg tregut dhe disa minuta me makinë nga plazhi. Pishina në ndërtesë ishte një bonus i shkëlqyer. E rekomandoj shumë të qëndroni këtu

We had an amazing experience staying at Mirsad’s place! The communication was excellent throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area and look forward to coming back again!

Irena’ s place was great! I told her I would be bringing my husband and two small children so she offered for us to stay at her other Airbnb so that we would have a lot more space for the kids. She was a phenomenal host and was very very responsive. When she couldn’t be there for us she had her neighbor help us out asap. She even took time out of her day to have lunch with all of us at one of her recommended spots then took our kids out for ice cream afterwards.

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. Such a beautiful place! Saved our holiday. So peaceful, great place to relax and take in the sun and have a swim in the river or paddle down to the beach.

Die Unterkunft war zum Wohlfühlen: sehr geschmackvoll, stylisch, dezent eingerichtet. Warmes Licht. Ob drinnen oder draußen gemütlich. Kaltrinas Mutter vor Ort war eine herzliche Gastgeberin.

Die Wegbeschreibung war gut und der Self Check in verlief problemlos. Das Haus war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Im Garten gibt es Schildkröten und die Hühner des Nachbarn kamen vorbei. Wir hatten Probleme mit einer Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft (Ende April 2025), aber Ana war bemüht das Problem zu lösen und es war sicher nur noch kurzzeitig. Fußläufig bergab erreicht man viele Restaurants. Wir mochten die Pizzeria gegenüber der Stelle, wo die Kinder spielen.

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und ein super leichter, angenehmer Check-In. Mit dem Auto super erreichbar und schön gelegen. Immer wieder gern!
