My family and I stayed in Sunset Villa and the stay was pleasant, the place was nice and comfortable.

Fantastic stay with family at a beautiful house in incredible surroundings. Highly recommend.

The property was amazing, the chalet is clean and the place is very peaceful, I liked the attention to details like the integrated sound system and the nice decorations. My issues is that the kitchen equipments weren’t clean and I needed to buy new equipment to use during my stay, also the bed mattress weren’t comfortable. In general I would totally recommend the place and I wish the hostess would enhance above comments

This was the best experience we ever had through Airbnb. The host was very friendly and a great example of Omani hospitality. Upon arrival we even received fresh fruit and other groceries from a family member of the host. We definitely recommend this listing!

Ahmed' place was very nice,two floors, one bedroom with 3 beds upstairs, one bedroom at ground level, large kitchen, spacious halls at both the floors, heated swimming pool, a little play area for the children We enjoyed staying there and many places of Jabal Akhthar are easily reachable- Al Ayn Village, old village The beds were comfortable with enough spare beds, bed materials 5 bathrooms on both the floors + near the pool. Barbeque setup near the pool, small tables and chairs near the pool One car can be parked inside the gate and another two can be parked outside. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Ahmed is super friendly and supportive Few things that are not available and has to be managed by the visitors: Towel, toiletries, plates, glasses and other items for kitchen The kitchen has gas stove, microwave, fridge, kettle The place can easily accommodate 8 adults and few children easily Highly recommended for a break from the summer heat with 10+ degrees less than plains

We had an exceptional stay at this villa in Jabal Akhdar! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat in the mountains. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to relax and enjoy the cool climate in total comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The caretaker was also very helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. It truly made our trip unforgettable. For the price, this villa was excellent value for money! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Jabal Akhdar. Would definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating and very nice, clean home. Pool was very cool and refreshing (but I wish I had access to the skimmer to get rid of the construction dust each day). Host was very accommodating and had lots of recommendations. Nizwa is a great place to visit and I highly recommend staying here!

We were family of 4, by mistake I booked 1 day before what I need, Laith he shifted my booking to next day, showing the truth Arab Omani hospitality. My family fall in love with the small details, if I start list won’t finish. If you plan to visit the different village around nizwa then location is perfect, if wonna escape for a retreat it’s the place for peaceful mind. The outside kitchen well equipped for cooking and grilling over looking The swimming pool next the shower and a swing for the kids. Next we shall stay longer. I can only say thanks to Laith not only not for his hospitality but for creating such a beautiful place and make available for others to stay at.

Great outdoor kitchen. Many nice walks nearby. House keeper always on hand and very helpful.

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

The location is very convenient, the host is very friendly, and the questions are answered in a timely manner. We stayed for an extra night.
