The Granary, Corfton, Shropshire

FionaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We have just got home after a delightful weekend stay at the Granary hosted by Clare & Alex. We were in the area for the 'Springtime in Shropshire' orienteering weekend so arrived at the Granary after the first race in the evening. The directions were good and specific and we were able to get the keys out of the key safe and get straight in. The house was lovely, nicer than the pictures and equipped with everything we needed. Immaculate bathroom and lots of piping hot water. Although the weather was a little blustery we even got to sit outside for a little while on Sunday afternoon after the race before we went inside to cook dinner and relax in front of the TV. Overall, a lovely place to stay, we had a great weekend. Many thanks.

Magnolia Cottage

IanRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Silvie's Cottage is a true delight! Welcoming, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and feels like a home from home with lots of extra touches. Off road parking in a lovely residential street which is only a short stroll into Church Stretton and a choice of walks straight from the door with no need to use a car. The garden is lovely and adds to the overall atmosphere of a warm welcoming cottage. We loved our few days stay, would highly recommend and plan to return again....hopefully soon! Thanks for your hospitality Silvie and Mark. Dawn & Ian.

Our stay here was incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice! It was immaculate and really clean. We loved the window balcony looking out across the county side. It was such a peaceful location with walks just on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The walks from the front door were varied to suit all. We enjoyed our end of walk cake treat from the National Trust cafe next door but one. Would definitely recommend staying at this amazing place.

The GWR Wagon, Victoria Station, Nr Ludlow

CharlotteRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had the best Baby Moon at the wagon! The place was absolutely spotless and we felt at home straight away. Tash & Sam were both so lovely and the communication was great throughout. We were super lucky with the weather so we were able to sit out on the loungers and soak up the view. It looks exactly like the photos, don’t hesitate to book - We hope to visit again soon!

Middle Barn Cottage remote get away for two.

RobertRating, 5 stars2 days ago
I absolutely LOVED my time at Middle Barn. The location is tranquil with a beautiful garden and stunning views to enjoy, yet only 3 miles from Craven Arms. It was a great central base for day rides into Wales on my motorcycle. I rode long days and Middle Barn was a welcoming home-from-home to return to each evening. The accommodation itself is more spacious than the photographs suggest - certainly larger than most one-bed places I've rented - and the walk in shower was a real highlight! During my stay, the internet/WiFi was perfectly good, allowing me to stream entertainment and plan routes on my laptop. The accommodation adjoins a large converted barn. The barn's owners, Ian and Mary, were charming hosts and I really enjoyed meeting and chatting with them. They were also discrete hosts who made sure I had all the privacy I required. There is a private patio area for renter's use. I would not hesitate to book Middle Barn again - it was the perfect base for my trip.
