Holiday rentals with breakfast in Acropolis

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και άνετος σε κεντρική τοποθεσία!

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Ótima acomodação. 30 minutos andando da Acrópole. Mercado e restaurantes próximos, a hospedagem é como na foto e me senti em casa. Nao conte com vaga de estacionamento na rua, vc terá de procurar algo vago nas imediações mas não é difícil de encontrar um estacionamento à 3min do apto.

Appartement rénové et en excellent état qui correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour passer une nuit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Stationnement facile devant le logement et plusieurs cafés à trois minutes à pied. Kostas a été un hôte fantastique qui nous accueilli très tard le soir malgré le retard de notre vol. Il a toujours été joignable et a veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Merci beaucoup à lui.

This is a great spot so close to the acropolis and to all the restaurants and shops of Plaka. Avva Maria was helpful and friendly, even leaving some toys for our baby.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—very convenient and close to major tourist sights like the Acropolis. The hotel management team was responsive and communicative throughout my stay, and their customer service was truly top-notch. The environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Nice place with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Walkable distance from bus and tram stop, easy access to Athens city centre.

Konstantinos place was in a great location close to everything the main area of Athens has to offer. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Greece. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Alles was die Wohnung und den Kontakt mit Jenny, der Managerin, betraf war perfekt. Die Wohnung war neu, wir waren eine der ersten Gäste und daher war nichts abgenutzt oder verbraucht. Mir war der Topper des Betts etwas zu hart und ich habe gleich am folgenden Tag einen zusätzlichen Topper bekommen. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Reinigungskraft und hat die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Damit habe ich im Vorfeld nicht gerechnet. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Dachterasse war überwältigend gross, man kann das Meer sehen und der Whirlpool war perfekt für uns und unsere 2.5 jährige Tochter. Auch der nahe gelegene grosse Spielplatz war für uns sehr angenehm. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine lange Einkaufsstrasse, mit Lidl an einem Ende und einem riesigen Supermarkt am anderen Ende. Nur 200 m entfernt ist ein sehr gutes Souvlaki/Kalamaki/Gyros Restaurant und am unteren Ende der Einkaufsstrasse ist ein nur tagsüber geöffnetes Restaurant, das alle griechischen Klassiker verkauft.

The place was exceptionally clean, located in a very convenient and central area, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly, responsive, and made communication smooth and effortless. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Thomas’ place is the definition of excellence! Top notch without a doubt!Squeaky clean, amazing decor, brand new everything (literally), plus a very convenient location for me! I was so amazed by the level of details thought, it felt like being at home! Should note that I had to telework for a few days and had no issues with the wifi, (despite being in back to back meetings).. Thomas had even foreseen having some snacks and water available, which proved very handy for me as i had no time for lunch. I should not omit the fact that the mattress was AMAZING. Best sleep ever!!! It’s very obvious that a huge effort was made to create such a lovely space and yes, it paid off! An absolute value for money and will definitely be going back! A gem i m happy i discovered! Many thanks for everything Thoma! Would highly recommend to all!
