Newly renovated small charming loft nestled inside the courtyard of an ancient Sicilian farmhouse. The loft is new and cozy. It has a small outdoor relaxation area with a table and sofa. It is independent of the rest of the farmhouse, with free parking in front of the house or in the surrounding area. A strategic position for reaching both the center of Catania (20 min drive) and the Etnea area, with Acitrezza sea 18 min drive away. The apartment equipped with all modern amenities is located between sea and Etna in the typical agricultural village of Pedara, famous for its excellent production of grapes, must and chestnuts. It overlooks one side of it.' ETNA, on the other hand on the sea and the natural park of Mount Troina with its naturalistic and wildlife riches. Being in the center, there are shops, restaurants... just a short walk away. Upstairs there are 2 other apartments with a total of 5 beds. We can accommodate more families in the building.
