It has a separate bedroom , a small living room and a kitchen. It has heating and cooling , with a modern toilet, while at the same time it has all the necessary shampoo , shower gel, refrigerator, kitchen and the corresponding utensils for all uses. The best part is, it doesn't make any noise in the city, and it's soundproofed, and it's on the ground floor .
