Family-friendly holiday rentals in Abu Dhabi

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!

Amazing propertly and nice staff

I stayed at this lovely home for 4 days, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. The host was amazing, super attentive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

This apartment is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There are great pools, and kid’s playgrounds in the compound as well. It is very easy to grab a cab to go to city with a short ride as well. Rasim is very kind, and helpful, and he responds very quick. I really recommend this place for who wants to travel, or relocate in Abu Dhabi.

Really nice serviced apartment in an apartment hotel in Abu Dhabi's best location next to the Corniche. We enjoyed it.

Lo bueno del Phoenix Plaza Hotel Apartments 1. 10 minutos caminando de la estación central de bus. 2. Personal muy amable e incluso nos dieron la habitación temprano 3. La habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para cocinar e incluso escritorio para trabajar (como si fuera un departamento), incluso lavadora (no incluye jabón) 4. A dos minutos esta la estación de autobús Omar Bin Al Khatab Mosque (algo especialmente útil ya que las rutas a lo más turístico pasan por aquí). 5. La tina de baño fue muy útil después de caminar tanto. Lo malo: Comunicación. Sigo esperando la respuesta del anfitrión a si podíamos llegar antes (para ese momento no sabía que era un hotel). Pudiera mejorar: Ofrecer un mapa para la gente que llega caminando de la estación central (maps no muestra bien las calles pequeñas que sirven de atajo); en taxi por la distancia debieran cobrar 7 Dirham (banderazo de 5 y otros 2 por la distancia) pero hay una tarifa mínima de 12 Dirham que no quise pagar.
