Siamo a pochi passi dal mare che è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 min o con mezzi tra cui monopattini helbiz. Siamo a poche fermate di autobus dalla stazione centrale di Pescara e a 200 mt dalla stazione di Pescara portanuova. Zona ben fornita tra supermercati e varie attività commerciali.
