Very surprising. A really very nice accommodation. Everything is tiptop. Very tastefully decorated and thoughtful. Superbly equipped. In a very beautiful medieval town. We were only there for a night for a stopover, but you can stay here longer

Small apartment furnished with care, clean and equipped with all the comforts. Ideal location, relaxation and privacy. We stayed as a couple and we had a great time for everything.

Genuinely a secret little heaven, I cant recommend staying here more! Monticchiello is so beautiful and peaceful and their place is just perfect! I can’t wait to hopefully return one day!!

Great place. The flat was clean and comfortable and the location is really lovely, right by the beautiful San Filippo thermal springs, in a lovely village with good restaurants. The views from the flat are beautiful.

This is a great location in the heart of montepulciano. You walk out of the unit and onto the main street full of restaurants and shops. The house is spacious with three bedrooms all with comfortable beds. There were extra pillows and linens, which are always helpful. We had all the windows open due to warmer weather with a nice breeze at night. Despite being right on the street, we did not hear any evening noise throughout the night sleeping was peaceful. The views from the apartment are exquisite.

Giacomo welcomed us in person and accompanied us to the house, even the mother was responsive and very helpful. Excellent welcome treats, apartment with attention to the smallest details, the restaurant "Il borgo" is recommended Great value for money. Highly recommended apartment and host.

Lucio the host was very friendly, easy to communicate and accommodated all of our needs. He recommended us great places to eat, drink and points of interest to visit. If we ever needed anything, he was so quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who visits. Everything is walking distance. Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

This place is so beautiful.It has the most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We delayed our check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. It's very, very beautiful here, whether it's the equipment, decoration, environment, scenery, it's very stunning, it's worth it, it's very, very good.

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

We loved our stay at Marco’s. The cottage, pool, location were wonderful and the views amazing. Perfect way to end our vacation. Very thoughtful with snacks and drinks provided. .

We spent magical days with Ulla. The beautiful house, the loving furnishings, the fantastic pool and the beautiful surroundings... all of this has done us so much good. The view from the terrace is sensational. You can go on beautiful excursions if you want, hike, experience culture, visit cities or restaurants. Ulla had provided us with documents with many tips. Time flew by. If you really want to relax, you are in good hands here. We will be happy to come back.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
