The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please be aware that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Free parking in front of the house as well as the possibility of charging an electric car for a fee. PLEASE NOTE Laundry only possible in town at Audes Laundromat for a fee. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

You can use our stand-up paddleboard(s) on request, free of charge. There are also two flatscreen TV’s, PlayStation, Netflix, and board games to keep you entertained on a rainy day.
