A menos de 100 metros se encuentran el colegio de los Escolapios y la explanada de la Compañia, que forman el espacio urbano más reconocible de Monforte. Para llegar a la explanada no hay más que atravesar el jardín de la Compañía. Solo el ancho de una calle separa su zona de juegos de la puerta del apartamento.
